No MDV on holiday till next week KS only back from hold this week. I know that from out of office replies from when I emailed them. So wasn't really expecting things till end next week.

That is my take mcmather. Tavsan for me is just a vehicle to help fund day to day activities and perhaps a token dividend, but the real (golden egg) price is hopefully what we have at Hizarliyayla. And I'm even more excited now asa there appears to be a similar discovery the same distance away in the Salinbas main field. All potentially Brechia Pipe geology like Hot Maden. As you say there were numerous references to Hot Maden in that last RNS which again as you point out must mean he is prepared to stake his reputation on it. The market clearly hasn't understood this or in this negative market will accept nothing less than JORC approved grades.

Kerim said "Drilling is expected to continue at Hizarliyayla until mid-2023" so hopefully we can expect to get a better understand in line with what the market wants later in Q3 or Q4.

But as Thanksmillion says, the lack of updates on the Court procedure re: Tavsan isn't good and not helpful for Investor confidence and trust. If they make commitments either verbally or in writing they must follow through. There can be no excuse for saying nothing imo.

Cyprus is what it is and I'm not really expecting much on that front till next year.

Plas, I’m thinking along similar lines re Hizi and that the market might not (yet) be appreciating what it is.

I lost trust in KS and MdV many years ago but retained a modest holding, from my first tranche in 2007/8, because of Salinbas and, particularly, the RNS 7 Dec 2017 and which included “Furthermore, it is notable that this potential northern extension of the Salinbas mineralised horizon is about ten times more enriched in silver than the Salinbas orebody itself, based on the soil geochemistry”;


Now the RNS 21 June 2023 re Hizarliyayla not only included various direct references to Hot Maden in this formal announcement – it also featured in two of the images; if time proves that there are no similarities KS’s (geological) reputation takes a massive nose dive – but KS commenting “these broader observations regarding the prospectivity make these some of the most exciting exploration drilling results that we have ever announced”;


A bit of decent PR and who knows; arf!!!

Why?......because no-one seems to know what is going on re the courts, what is the forestry issue?? is the 30 day review needed? You say "update is overdue", and it is. Certainly no-one on this board has any idea what is happening on the Cyprus front.

I dont know how other investors feel but I feel like a mushroom.

So pretty depressed, role on a decent update.

1. Tavsan go -ahead
2. Hizzy Hot Maden (Brechia Pipe) type exceptional drill results.

3p is the key level here. Support on the way down, resistance on the way back up. 3p is also where any up move will intersect the top of the current down channel. A move above 3p followed by a retest of 3p before moving higher would be significant.

After four straight weeks of losses, we have the first signs of "exhaustive selling," indicating the potential for "bottoming action" in Precious Metals. Gold briefly tested the 200 DMA at $1904, where bargain hunters are beginning to emerge. The critical level we will watch next week will be $1943, where Gold futures failed on July 5th. Any close above could trigger a short covering rally to $1985. You will want to watch the psychological $2000 level and ultimately $2008 as your breakout level. Any close over $2008 should trigger a wave of buying up to all-time highs and eventually extend to our long-term target of $2500/oz. We anticipate that the Fed's reckless acceleration in interest rates will ultimately catch up with them, leading to a reversal in policy once a contraction in U.S. GDP occurs in Q1 2024 while an acceleration in the Euro Zone and China pressure the U.S. Dollar and Interest Rates.
