It is interesting to note that Chesterfield (CHF) have also recently appointed Panmure Gordon as their broker. PG don't tend to deal with small Co's , but they now have 2 Cyprus operators on their books.

I think they feel they must wait for the deal to be ratified before they can comment on its impact. I suspect it is just the shareholder approval they are waiting for, so hopefully a really full Note early in January. If you speak to the Co. they are very supportive of Panmure Gordon and the team there. I would like to know when the Co give us the answers to the questions raised but not answered at the recent webinar.

Given their level of inactivity one can only be left with the opinion that PG are only with Ariana because they thought they would be able to secure a quantity of shares (for their clients) at a heavily discounted placing price .....maybe hoping we would run out of cash! I'm looking forward to the deal being approved, so that we can all move on and realize the full potential of Cyprus and new projects.

We have a first class broker but unfortunately getting a very second class service.
I would love someone to tell me what we get for their, no doubt, premium cost.

Hi bigglesbingham, when you mention about PG to Ariana, how do they react. Are they in generally in agreement, or do they still see some worth in PG's services (presumably)? Many thanks.

You're wasting your breath bigglesbingham. I have said it on here for years. Nothing is different now with what PG gives to us than it was the day we took them on with one of the tasks of gaining institutional investment.

I believe immediately after gov tick box and shareholder ratification which is imho a done deal.

Agree the deal is probably done, with vast majority of votes cast in favour but just added another 5.5M plus to the total

imo the shareholder vote is a done deal but the remaining govt permits do worry me, its the sort of thing that stymies many corporate plans, let's hope ozaltin connections help.

As you say Biggles, everyone seems very supportive of the proposals and can see the sense and opportunities going forward. Do we know when Ariana gets the balance of the cash after shareholder ratification?

Had a chat with company today and they believe they are well placed in Cyprus because they have licenses over there . Does CHF have licences or interests in areas I'm not sure what difference is tbh .
