18/12/2020 12:37 | Hotstockrockets Ariana Resources (AAU) has announced further progress on the proposed partial disposal of interests in Turkey and of exploration plans. It is all good news and good news not yet cfully discounted in the share price. | ![]() xow98

18/12/2020 10:22 | Have you seen the latest BRR interview with Rosie? What on earth is Kerim wearing? West Coast Eagles (Football Club) & Hungry Jacks franchise of Burger King Corporation) !!! Nothing new in the interview . Quote "Fantastic 2021" | ![]() plasybryn
18/12/2020 08:43 | Cheers Soulsauce, likewise.🙂 Patience to be rewarded here soon hopefully. 🤞 | ![]() crossfirecssf
18/12/2020 08:33 | Just heard from II my vote (5m)has been registered and it is in favour(sorry Tem)due mainly to Salinbas but fully understand your concerns. | ![]() 8rad
18/12/2020 08:28 | I've said around 40% in short order so don't disagree with 7-8p. But real hike will come back end 2021 with drilling programs for Salinbas Cyprus. | ![]() bigglesbingham
18/12/2020 08:26 | Good to hear from you CSSF 😉👍 | ![]() soulsauce
18/12/2020 08:24 | Hi Soulsauce, Thanksamillion et al. I’m fine, but thanks for asking. Just watching and waiting. Despite the wait, things are looking good here and across the PM sector in general. Gold looks to be approaching the end of it,s healthy consolidation and looks to have the potential to break upwards to the $2200 level,...which would be nice! Next year appears to be lining up beautifully (with a fair wind). GLTA. | ![]() crossfirecssf

17/12/2020 22:49 | How much are you expecting the share price to gain by Biggles once the General Meeting on 30th ratifies the Deal? Or do you think the full short term re-rate will have to wait for Turkish sign off, presumably sometime in January. Of course we're going to have a second General Meeting to ratify the Special Dividend as well. Do you think there is any other news fairly imminent? Preliminaries a month away. 2021 guidance? | ![]() plasybryn
17/12/2020 21:34 | They won't cos it with go through but know what you mean ! | ![]() bigglesbingham
17/12/2020 21:32 | Plus people voting against lose a fat divi! | ![]() cyberbub
17/12/2020 21:23 | Fill you boots before the vote , appreciate your comments but the deal will increase shareprice and that's what you in for . | ![]() bigglesbingham
17/12/2020 20:36 | Not in my eyes. Only unknown is Turkish gov but we are reducing foreign holding of a mine is favour of Turkish co and likelihood more Turkish jobs created if it goes through so chances of it not going through are negligible. Once it goes through this is going to be such a opportunity. ! Then we need to concentrate on sorting the broker and marketing out. | ![]() bigglesbingham
17/12/2020 20:33 | Why would anyone feel that they wanted to vote against the JV?! Surely it would be irrational. Having to go forward and find the money for Salinbas etc ourselves would be difficult even with the current increased cashflow surely? It's a big derisker in my view. | ![]() cyberbub
17/12/2020 20:31 | It's 51% of votes cast had it confirmed by MDV . So if 20% votes cast only need 10.02%. | ![]() bigglesbingham
17/12/2020 19:56 | Don’t forget not everyone will vote. I don’t know the typical % is but if it is 50% of votes are cast we just need to put up a further 5% of the total. | ![]() ironstorm
17/12/2020 19:41 | I think the facts are:Nobody on this board has said they have voted against. We know there are just over 100m shares amongst those who have voted forI only know of one poster who has maintained they would rather not have the jv.So 100% of the people we know have voted have voted for, but we only know about 10% of the company. There is just under another 10% which belong to the board so all in all we can say relatively safely that we have 20% in favour already, which means we need approvimately 38% of the votes we don't know about to get to 51% overall.I feel like an election night commentator. | kirbs4
17/12/2020 19:20 | Just checking in. Are some people thinking there's a risk of the JV not being approved?? | ![]() cyberbub
17/12/2020 16:46 | It is an Ordinary resolution so should only need 51% of votes cast, not in issue. | ![]() xow98 |
