I can imagine a lot of shareholders with nominee accounts will not have been informed of the action deadline for voting. I have written to Jarvis but they have backed my email. Obviously have wrong address. Will try again tomorrow. Seems like a conplete balls up to me.

25m of my tilney held shares vote actually goes to a third party to process who submit on last day which I ain't to happy about but following up.

For info: Just done a quick reckoning of the votes declared with holdings above so far amounts to 109m which is just over 10% of issued shares. Then the Directors interests are 87m to go on top of that.

Well it was a little difficult persuading Barclays that there was actually a corporate action outstanding, but eventually managed to add my 8.5m to the yes vote.

Gold's going to breakout to the upside - buyers held 1850's on the first test - can't see it not heading back to 2k from here.

I agree I just think the production derisks exploration and does give potential divi so we aren't poles apart believe me.

Get that but I'm saying the cash from JV means less reliance on tarsvan and kiziltepe . You'd go a long way to find a more derisked explorer.
