16/12/2020 11:37 | Hello, I’m a long-time holder who’s benefitted immensely from people sharing their opinions on this board, so thanks to all of you. In case it’s of use, the following webpage gives a run-down of how to cast your vote on some of the major trading platforms: hxxps://www.theaic.c I’m with Charles Stanley and I have to say, they’ve been brilliant. On Monday, I sent them a secure message asking that they vote on my behalf in favour of the Ordinary Resolution, and today I received a reply confirming they have done so. It didn’t cost anything. Take care, Joe | dltjoe
16/12/2020 11:34 | Dare I say, but I think we need a Gantt chart more than ever now, showing all the planned activity and expected timeframes. The amount of drilling they have planned across all the projects is a big step up in activity from previous times. I love the way production at Kiziltepe is going to more than double by mid 2021. Originally in the F.S. it was set at 150,000 tonnes of ore pa. With the existing set up they have reached 200,000 tonnes of ore but now, presumably with the installation of the second Ball Mill plan to hit 500,000 tonnes of Ore p.a. by around June. He actually said June which is unusual for Kerim to be so specific. Drilling what he called the "Gap Zone" between Arzu South & Arzu North sounds very exciting with the potential for more high grade discoveries. I love his comments about their strong cash position. The Deal sign off from Turkish Authorities sounds ok with Kerim saying they aren't expecting any significant delays. Capital Reorganisation etc. looks like it will take to end Q1 -2021 so I'm banking on the Special Dividend after the end of the tax year, which probably works for ISA/SIPP holders. I was worried with so much going on they wouldn't be able to give the time to Cyprus that is needed, but he reassured on that. Finally I took it he was definately talking about a commitment to pay a regular dividend going forward. Ariana Mark 11 here we come. | plasybryn
16/12/2020 11:32 | 1candc KS mentioned dividend in reposnse to my question, and the indication was that there would be dividends. He did not directly answer the question I asked which was - would each project be funded itself or would Kiziltepe be used to fund them in part so no dividends would be forthcoming until Salinbas was in production. Unless written into the agreements future dividends will be out of our control if the other parties are happy to use production profits / cash flow of Kiziltepe to pay off other projects loans etc. Our growth would then be a pure capital play. | doinnuthing
16/12/2020 11:24 | I thought KS said that beyond the initial JV dividend to investors that they planned ongoing dividend payments to investors going forward. Sorry if I have that wrong but that was what I thought KS meant towards the end of the session. Could be a senior moment but can anyone recall the same? | 1candc
16/12/2020 11:21 | Yes you can on Investor Meet. You need to register. There will be a question and answer section, but from past experience they do take awhile to post the Q&As. | pedr01
16/12/2020 11:16 | Anyone know if we can see the written questions and answers Kerim mentioned? | paul280i
