21/12/2020 18:27 | Tbh Soul I don't see even that. As you know I am also in CHF and I see them as wanting to move far faster than Kerim etc do about anything. Just opinions but feel like chalk and cheese to me. | kirbs4
21/12/2020 18:22 | The other side of the Troodos mountains yorkie. I think now Chf have Poly to bankroll them they would not want to be getting in to bed with Aau, why would they. However maybe down the line there is the possibility of production facility sharing, that might make sense. | soulsauce
21/12/2020 18:14 | kirbs, i see they have not updated the mid, but bid and offer are 5.00 and 5.40, so bid is down on the day i guess. | konil
21/12/2020 18:02 | Quite a lot of mining exploration activity seems to be taking place in Cyprus. We have a 50% stake in Venus Minerals who hold considerable information and licenses in Cyprus and the Magellan project is well underway. In this context I have recently stumbled on Chesterfield Resources CHF who are embarking on a magnetic survey and diamond drilling in the north and west Troodos mountains. Quite importantly Polymetal, a footsie 100 company have bought a 25% stake in CHF. Does anyone know if they are working in a similar area to us? If so we need to watch their progress as well as ours. Maybe there is an opportunity for a joint venture? | yorkie52
21/12/2020 16:52 | Wasn't really a weak close.. The trade at 16:35 was a sale of about GBP150 and they forgot to set the share price at mid afterwards. It therefore reflects the last trade, so we show down 6.5% due to an admin error on the back of a GBP150 transaction :)We will start blue tomorrow as a result though. | kirbs4
21/12/2020 16:48 | Big sells dont know why? | jd 1965
21/12/2020 16:46 | weak close? any ideas why? news leak? | konil

21/12/2020 12:19 | Can you charting experts explain the gold price chart for the last 24hrs, is that a finger stuck up of something worse? | paul280i
21/12/2020 11:54 | They are working all over Xmas so hopefully | bigglesbingham
21/12/2020 10:32 | just clutching at straws, but i guess the govt. clearance could come any day, so in theory even before the shareholder votes are counted on dec 30th? either way i expect receipt of govt clearance to have a greater impact than a shareholder 'yes' vote (albeit both things are prerequisite). pity the overnight spike in pm prices did not hold but maybe that was an indication of things to come...hopefully. | konil
21/12/2020 07:49 | I voted a tiny holding on HL by sending secure message and got a nice response back from them. | ironstorm
20/12/2020 21:42 | Looking like that's my only option then, i'll get to it in the morning. Many thanks. | rjwoodrjwood
20/12/2020 20:34 | That’s what I did with HL | paul280i
20/12/2020 20:19 | Can you secure message them? and cast your vote for as I did with iii | cool hand kev
20/12/2020 20:04 | Has anyone on here voted via HL (sipp) or HSBC (isa) I'm holding AAU with both, and can find no voting information or corporate action. Am I allowed to nominate chair of the meeting as proxy? Information or advice appreciated. | rjwoodrjwood
20/12/2020 17:56 | Post 🤔 what’s that | cool hand kev
20/12/2020 16:59 | Received voting forms Friday. voted for by return of post | bosbus
20/12/2020 14:55 | Just voted FOR, a small number of 154,862 shares (compared to some here). Every little helps. I am looking forward to the AGM. | bonehanmer
18/12/2020 21:06 | Well what do you expect after John Le Carre's passing? | 8rad
18/12/2020 17:07 | 8rad....you traitor :) I'm sure AAU will do just fine with the new JV, just think they would have done even better with 50% share and just Proccea as a partner. I'm not expecting any big moves from the eventual sign off of the JV deal, but do expect to see some positive moves north when the news of Tasvan mine gets approval, if Venus exploration drilling gets exciting and when Salinbas gets some meaningful attention. | temujiin
18/12/2020 16:46 | Looked like he'd been on it ha ha | bigglesbingham
18/12/2020 15:26 | Aussie rules football. | soulsauce
18/12/2020 15:09 | Think that was rugby shirt pal and by look of him think he'd celebrated a win last night ha ha. Benefit of doubt maybe a cold. But still articulate. | bigglesbingham
18/12/2020 12:41 | Topped up again this am, those 5.32? trades are all buys. One of my trades seems to be listed twice, perhaps it is ii sourcing the shares from another broker before selling to me. | thanksamillion |
