Yes Biggles re Q & A the relevant bit being:

the Board currently intends to hold a special Shareholders’ Forum shortly after the
publication of this Circular and in any case prior to the closing date for submission of Proxy Forms (see below)
for shareholders to be able to ask questions and engage directly with the Board. Details of such a forum will be
announced through an RNS announcement and posted to the Company’s website www.arianaresources.com in due course.

"Through an RNS" indicates to me a separate RNS to the one one Monday there could be a few cropping up I feel......

Been a busy day so not had chance to look at the document until now. It's dated 14th Monday so clearly Monday rns with document presumably taking into account KS addition of 1m shares. Voting end date two weeks after in 28th dec. Therefore clearly the agm on thirtieth is NOT for question and answer sessions it's for a declaration of vote!! I'd expect deal to be declared subject to shareholders agreed to be declared subject to Turkish gov tick box approval 4th January. I'd expect an opportunity for discussion of the document with company very soon because in order to get proxy votes counted it can take holders of the shares over a week to submit proxy votes. I think this document was put on the website to give shareholders an extra few days to come to grips with circular. Iogic states a question and answer session must be facilitated so I assume this will be detailed on Monday too, and bearing in mind the tight timeframe of getting the proxy votes processed through various third parties i see this as having to happen next week to be of any value.

The document on their web site should not be the final one (despite what it says) as it has the directors shares before Kerim exercised his options and sold some i.e. they are out of date. I advised the Co of that this morning but have heard nothing back.

I'm releasing funds but looks like a few weeks sort of hope this seller continues a little bit longer but I'll be happy either way.

I would like to at least see what I am signing up to beforehand. I guess the document will be posted before the meeting? I could be wrong but don't think the persistent seller will be voting for the deal.

I think that point comes Monday Plas, worth remembering no rns so unless prospective investors are regularly checking company websites they wont know it is out there until the Rns.

This transformational Transaction could be done and dusted by end of January at long last. Ok the special dividend bit takes a bit longer, but surely if you have been waiting to know it was proceeding you'd be buying today. Yet still some sell. Struggling to understand the logic!

I've voted via Hargreaves Lansdown already. Asked them to make sure they bring it to the attention of all their clients who hold Ariana Shares with them. Can I suggest you do the same with the IFA's you use. Good luck everyone. Things are finally moving.
