11/12/2020 13:59 | Lottsgold: You will just need to tell your Nominee Co. (Barclays, Hargreaves Lansdown or whoever) how you want to vote. They doing it for you. Best to act sooner than later given Christmas etc. | plasybryn
11/12/2020 13:48 | Another 100k buy for me at 5.1845p. Now 500k shares. | zedder
11/12/2020 13:15 | Ah I forgot to convert to GBP haha. Thia í a first for me and I can't see a proxy form attached as it states? I have shares in a pension and Isa's do I need to do multiple forms? | lottsgold
11/12/2020 13:02 | Hahaha.. You know when you read something back and realise the obvious... Just missed the small fact that it is only half the net :). So around 1p. But as you will see, I'm not to be trusted :) | kirbs4
11/12/2020 13:00 | My maths is failing me because based on the information in the document, using 22% for Corp tax, then taking off 15% of the net for transfer, I come up with c$29m, which is c£22m? Wouldn't that give us a divi of around 2p?? Have I missed something? | kirbs4
11/12/2020 12:45 | Interesting the door isn't shut of projects outside of the Teythan belt area, and mentions Aus. Although it sounds like Central Europe will be a key contender. | lottsgold
11/12/2020 12:41 | Does that work out that 50% of the payment after tax that will be paid as a divi will be up to 1.5p a share? | lottsgold
11/12/2020 12:04 | Interesting bit on the transaction re taxes and how it is paid to Ariana Group in part and Galata. | plasybryn
11/12/2020 12:03 | Yes I agree. RNS on Monday | plasybryn
11/12/2020 11:52 | Presumably there will be on Monday the 14th, that is the official release date for this document. | dixi
11/12/2020 11:51 | Make sure you Vote either by post if you hold shares or via your Nominee Co. | plasybryn
11/12/2020 11:48 | Well done Zedder. General Meeting confirmed as 30th at 12 noon. Why no RNS? | plasybryn
11/12/2020 11:38 | Will be formally issued on 14th December. | zedder
11/12/2020 11:31 | file:///C:/Users/Del The above link - maybe what you are looking for? | sharenotes
11/12/2020 09:32 | Running out of time for the Agreement to be issued to shareholders - "Ariana shareholder approval to be sought for the Transaction at a General Meeting, for which a Circular is expected to be sent to Shareholders during the week commencing 7 December." If the General Meeting is on 30th and they have to give us 2 weeks notice, the window is closing fast. Will it be a mid-day RNS perhaps? | plasybryn
11/12/2020 09:04 | Surely not Kirbs, would be odd! I was just looking at the RNS again and noticed Red Rabbit is noted as 600k ounces....that's 30 years mine life?! Is that right? | lottsgold
11/12/2020 07:30 | Doesn't the circular have to be notified via rns? If that's the case this is another missed or midday on the last day deadline.. Unless I've missed something? | kirbs4
10/12/2020 22:39 | Yes great stuff Plas but it always goes back to the same Kerim who always leaves us guessing.... to what the hell is going on.Surely the time for smug little cryptic interviews are over..learn to speak straight and let us decide if it is worth it. | 8rad
10/12/2020 16:48 | 1.5p Kerim paid was a bit of a bargain to be honest but they are the rules we'e been given and fair play to him, though I do think it would be nice if long term shareholders were given options to buy shares at future prices - or even the opportunity to participate in shares and warrants at the time of fundraisings but as mere owners of the company we have been excluded from such advantages and have to be content with buying at full market price and only then do we align with directors by receiving dividends when they eventually come round. Despite waiting years for the event, we can then take our place in line with all and sundry in the market who have taken no risk. Yet some would deny that risk benefit is weighted against LTH's. | charles clore
10/12/2020 14:23 | I await the TR1 from the first institution with the savvy to recognise, identify and act upon the amazing opportunity that exists here. It is no longer a gamble imho. It is a certainty that AAU will rise among the ranks of junior producers | charles clore
10/12/2020 12:49 | Sorry for predictive texts but sure you get drift | bigglesbingham
10/12/2020 12:48 | Yep he is. I've thought about the point about exercising option ect and yes he will need cash in his four ties with family etc . I also suspect timing of selling some of shares converted to warrants gas be dictated by a bulk purchaser / institution which has allowed him to sell without adversely affecting the shareprice because his sells have been offbook rather than in open market. | bigglesbingham
10/12/2020 12:25 | Bravo again Plasybryn, you are knocking it out of the park with your posts this week. | soulsauce
10/12/2020 12:13 | It is rare biggles for sure. Given how much cash Kerim will get from the Special Dividend (c. £200,000 with his 19m shares)subject to shareholder approval etc., it is perhaps surprising he doesn't want to just exercise his Options and increase his shareholding. That leads me to think he must have a reason to want to raise all this cash. Perhaps he is buying a house in Australia or even Cyprus. Who know's? Whilst he rightly likes to keep these issues private, if I was him, I think I would give a bit of an explanation. Otherwise it does raise questions perhaps about his confidence in the short term, which I really don't think is the case. We are about to embark on a new era with AAU. Going back to what we do best. Namely exploration and development. Kerim will have the Hot Gold Corridor, Cyprus, Red Rabbit and Tavsan all to play with. Not restricted either by lack of cash or resolve. And in respect of the J.V. with a powerful Ozaltin sitting on his shoulder, there will be lots of demand for progress. To create value and justify their sizeable investment. Once the Deal is ratified I sincerely hope Kerim will start to articulate in much more detail his excitement for this next phase in life of Ariana. Alignment with the growing demand for Copper and indeed silver on the back of the electrical revolution etc. At the moment without that, the dilution in capital paying out so much cash, the lack of investor lead communication and Options being exercised, it is perhaps no wonder we are becalmed. Do the Director's understand this? Time to up the game. | plasybryn
10/12/2020 11:36 | Rare and a little dangerous. I'd be surprised if the founders weren't wealthy in their own right prior to setting up the company. Difference here is KS started AAU from university so hasn't had luxury of doing what those directors have. | bigglesbingham |
