Jan. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Africa Oil Corp (AOI CN) was downgraded to "Hold" from
"Speculative Buy" at Canaccord Genuity Corp by equity analyst Christopher Brown.
The 12-month target price is C$8.00 per share.

and they closed their second tranche at $7.75. thats about 20% above todays price!
looking good to move up.

Nice find re the extra rigs, you don't start extra drilling until you are confident it's worth spending the money. If you're not sure, you wait and spend a lot of time analysing well data and then possibly shoot more seismic. Very positive.

It's the same emotional response most feel after suffering a loss. This is no more of a dog today than when it was trading at $11, just market and investor panic, same happened in reverse on the climb up.

Even if paipai is a dud the future and potential is still very good but only if you have patience, it is frustrating but that's how this game works.
