A couple of of the several questions that the uberpositive are very keen to completely ignore are:-

If this is such a nailed-on 150% guaranteed easy money and imminent multi-bagger as they continually assure anyone gormless enough to listen...

...why is a "formal sale" of at least the self-alleged "jewel in the crown" asset even being considered?

And now that George's "formal sale consideration" announcement is triggering mandatory disclosure from any major (1%+) shareholders (a possibly ill-considered revelatory side-effect of said announcement)...

...why are some of the larger shareholders apparently busily bailing out?

I mean, if the ramptastic squad is to be believed, selling out now is the very last thing any shareholder would consider doing, right?

(Of course, unless things aren't exactly as tickety-boo as the rapidly enlarged and all of a sudden even more highly voluble heavenly choir is eternally trying to portray, that is...)

JA51: in case you missed my earlier post among all the spam, could the mobile rig on site early last month have been used to test the pressure in one or both of the production wells?

1347,

Scott = sensible chap... and another in the know IMHO. They can see the placing in their rear headlights and have their pedal to the floor to get out before it catches them out IMHO!

I predict dilution (Angus's expertise) and a dropping share price - or in AIM language: The dump - part - of the Pump!

CQ ;-)

I think Monday the 17th Jan may be an interesting day... might take a week longer, but we'll see.

Spam spam spam spam...

There's a lot of Monty Python about ANGS, isn't there? Like their alleged oil "assets"... "They're not dead... they're only sleeping!"

Anyhow, to correct a quite deliberate piece of misquoting, for the record and despite the murky shenanigans of the last week or so, the core questions I keep repeating are solely:-

"HOW MUCH GAS, GEORGE? AND BY WHEN?"

Those questions still absolutely apply, because the two entirely separate alarm clocks of debt repayment and hedge fulfilment continue to tick down.

I have categorically not once posed any question about any incoming offer, simply because I don't believe there's going to be any formal offer made, either for Poundland or for the company as a whole.

The only other question I have raised as a a possible, after the rushed "we need the authority to issue a shedload of new shares and fast!" single issue (E)GM announced on the 20th Dec to be taking place on the 13th Jan...

...closely followed by a further and very much "fortuitously timed" announcement of a "formal consideration of sale" now taking place, that info being released on Jan 6th, so just a week before the (E)GM, which will give George the immediate ability to issue up to 874 million new shares...

is... How many new shares will you issue now, George? And at what price will you need to place these?

20 days till the end of Jan. Not long now to wait to be able to see what's actually what.

JA51: yes, he appears to be anxious about something, doesn’t he? He’d better get over to the AAOG board as well, spam that, or it could get interesting. I’m not suspended there, cuds. Yet.

Of course, that timeline goes back even further though. They forgot the Orwel group co directors, Bouer Pretorious Ltd Again co-directors, and the Fact that Wingas shared the same address as Angus a few years back.

All just Coinkydinks im sure!
