JA My understanding is that they have to disclose dealings and holdings (including warrants) via form 8.5 regardless of % holding as they are an exempt principal trader, if they were not then they would need to hold >= 1% of the issued share capital and complete form 8.3. Yes clearly, like Clive Roberts, they got those warrants in the January 2021 placing and subscription so it's clear they have since sold the shares they got at that time.

I disagree JA, they are submitting Form 8.5 (Exempt Principal Trader - they are the company Broker) not Form 8.3 so they have to disclose dealings anyway.

I've certainly never believed in any formal offer being made - and still don't.

Again as I have said more than once (and entirely to the contrary of what you're trying to make out), I still suspect that following today's rushed single agenda item (E)GM, we'll then see an announcement before the end of this month that will definitively not have any positive effect on the share price You may recall my also asking more than once "How big a placing, George? When and at what price?"

The above has always - and only - been my view. It's a bit pathetic to claim I've ever said anything different. And it's even more pathetic to try to put the responsibility for your investment decisions on third parties.
