13/1/2022 10:37 | I normally just ignore the disgusting "MORON" in all his id's but I have never admitted any such thing. Amusingly you seem to think I do and it's become a fact in your multi-character head. Don't bother responding! | ja51oiler
13/1/2022 10:34 | JA My understanding is that they have to disclose dealings and holdings (including warrants) via form 8.5 regardless of % holding as they are an exempt principal trader, if they were not then they would need to hold >= 1% of the issued share capital and complete form 8.3. Yes clearly, like Clive Roberts, they got those warrants in the January 2021 placing and subscription so it's clear they have since sold the shares they got at that time. | 1347
13/1/2022 10:34 | sincero1 Jan '22 - 10:26 - 16260 of 16261 (Filtered) sincero1 Jan '22 - 10:26 - 16261 of 16261 (Filtered) Probably more talk of excrement or urine - as this poster has an unhealthy and obsessive "soiling" fetish. IMHO Don't bother looking - just filter! CQ ;-) | clottedq
13/1/2022 10:28 | Which part 1347? That they took part in the P&D or that they need to disclose the Warrants being part of the 1% | ja51oiler
13/1/2022 10:26 | ja51contractvoidoile | sincero1
13/1/2022 10:26 | ja51contractvoidoile this discredited disingenuous person has also stated as fact shell contract was void , which it wasn't. that the contract might then be valid but not at original terms which again was wrong . stated as fact they ran money march 2021 when interims showed this was not true. angs have stated they monitor the boards for gross libel.... brown slacks back on for ja51contractovoidoil | sincero1

Must be one of the Multiple I.D Moron's superstitions? CQ ;-) REMEMER: The Filter Button Is Your Friend! | clottedq
13/1/2022 10:10 | How much gas and how much is the offer , you kept it simple for me hits. I'll return the favour | 3put
13/1/2022 10:08 | More short-term, I never predicted a 50% rise - just that I expected some sort of a rise prior to today's hastily called (E)GM. (See below for why). --- the point I was making is around confidence. You gave me and others confidence it would rise so I held | 3put
13/1/2022 10:07 | I disagree JA, they are submitting Form 8.5 (Exempt Principal Trader - they are the company Broker) not Form 8.3 so they have to disclose dealings anyway. | 1347
13/1/2022 09:54 | New RNS So this is very interesting. It seems as if the warrants count as being part of the 1% held threshold. More interesting it seems those that hold them took place in the recent (what can only be described as) "pump and dump"! | ja51oiler
13/1/2022 09:40 | Jason, yes indeed... but I suspect real D-Day will be a little later this month. | headinthesand
13/1/2022 09:28 | D-day today.... | jason_scrap
13/1/2022 09:17 | 3Put don't misrepresent so boringly obviously and deliberately. You make yourself look even more foolish. As I have continually said, it remains (mid-term... though end June is not that far away now and getting inexorably nearer) solely about "How much gas, George? And by when?" More short-term, I never predicted a 50% rise - just that I expected some sort of a rise prior to today's hastily called (E)GM. (See below for why). I've certainly never believed in any formal offer being made - and still don't. Again as I have said more than once (and entirely to the contrary of what you're trying to make out), I still suspect that following today's rushed single agenda item (E)GM, we'll then see an announcement before the end of this month that will definitively not have any positive effect on the share price You may recall my also asking more than once "How big a placing, George? When and at what price?" The above has always - and only - been my view. It's a bit pathetic to claim I've ever said anything different. And it's even more pathetic to try to put the responsibility for your investment decisions on third parties. | headinthesand
13/1/2022 08:15 | Expecting to hear some indications of interest which should ignite things quite rapidly. | onetomany
13/1/2022 08:11 | I'm surprised, you always kept it simple. How much gas and when & how much will the offer be and when. On top of that you predicted the 50% rise. I might have sold but your confidence of a share price rise kept me in | 3put
13/1/2022 08:05 | What HITS would actually say is that he doesn't expect any offer to materialise. At all. No, I'm expecting a quite different announcement by the end of this month. And one that's not going to do much for any share price rise. | headinthesand
13/1/2022 08:02 | Today is the day | solo4yous
13/1/2022 07:52 | As hits would say, it's about the size of the offer. | 3put

12/1/2022 21:50 | JT / 1347, I thought Angus told us they had a dream team of experts? Maybe they meant that they were always asleep on the job! CQ ;-) | clottedq |
