chickbait: I looked it up, though you have to look hard to find the information. There’s an annual fee of £2,500. Individual RNS releases are charged at minimal rates, on a scale of 0-20p each. Assuming I’m reading it right.

Cuds: are you expecting a share issue this month? Your chum Jonny doesn’t have a view at all. This is the Anguish site, Jonny, in case you’ve forgotten. Your rude, contemptible output could for the most part equally well apply to virtually any company in the stockmarket

HITS. How I wish I was a fly on the wall in the Chiswick boiler room when the share price was at the latest low. I can only imagine what conversations they were having?

Anyway. George never ceases to amaze. What?

Sincero, I have no issue whatsoever with people selling low and buying high. That is after all the point, no? As 3Put keeps mentioning (for some reason), to me, the opportunity to make a nice little earner via a short-term quick flip was obvious if one could be bothered... though in the interests of fairness, I should say I wasn't expecting quite the percentage degree of said nice little earner.

No, my issue is twofold.

One with what I see as the ongoing lack of transparency and disingenuousness of ANGS's executive management (and we'll see the extent of this one way or the other by the end of this month, I reckon).

The second with the unsupportable case that ANGS is an immediately imminent, nailed-on, guaranteed multi-bagger as eternally trumpeted by the heavenly choir for their own purely self-serving motives (it isn't).

Don't get me wrong... there's nothing wrong per se with self-interest. But not when one applies it by endlessly looking to entice others into catching a falling knife, in order to make one's gains.

So anyone with more than 1% in Angus should make it known by 3.30 on the 21st then?

And we have a hastily called GM tomorrow to give authority to issue 870 million new shares? (just 10 weeks before the AGM) So would they have to issue any new shares via a placing presumably due to the time constraints before this?

It seems almost impossible to believe they would not have known about the " series of approaches" before calling the GM?

So the question is, do they have tomorrow afternoon, Friday, and up until 3.30 Friday next week to try and get a placing away, or are they not allowed to now?

Had a quick search of how much it costs an AIM listed company to release an RNS. To be honest, I wish I stayed in bed!

Anyway. The last I remember reading from one of the boards was it is over £2k

I'm not sure if these charges are as high for TR1's etc..

hits - i don't agree with "ongoing lack of transparency and disingenuousness of ANGS's executive management " the information stream is flowing and has been for a while , i admit some won't believe in it ..but a stream nonetheless . you are indeed correct we will know shortly more... then its egg on face or smug post time ...

i also agree the disingenuous enticing is wrong ... you will note that i never do it however much the resident grey old duffers state that i do to suit their negative agendas ... people should do their own research make their own choices then deal with it .... too many on here that need to blame something other than themselves for their shortcomings & losses - ja5contractvoidoilerWG818, uclot, chickbait, 13reallyneedsahobby47cptmainwaring.

I'm not being modest in the least - I'm being honest (try it).

I was definitely sure it would go up - but absolutely not by the percentage it did. I was expecting around 0.88.

Oh and there is literally no difference in someone offering opinion as to why an share price may well fall and someone offering an opinion as to why an share price may rise. The only thing worth considering is how well those opinions are justified (or not).

What about those that were enticed to sell at 0.6? Look at the pinned message reviewing JTs predictions. Was he being dishonest or is he just navie or does he had a alternate agenda?

Appreciate you probably can't comment on that point Hits

Under Rule 8.3 (a), an Opening Position Disclosure must be made by any person interested in 1% or more of any class of relevant securities of the offeree company or of any securities exchange offeror.

The Disclosure must be made no later than 3.30 pm on the 10th business day following the commencement of the offer period or the announcement that first identifies an offeror, as the case may be.

Public Dealing Disclosure

Under, Rule 8.3(b) , Public Dealing Disclosure must be made by any person who is, or becomes, interested in 1% or more of any class of relevant securities of the offeree company or of any securities exchange offeror if the person deals in any relevant securities of the offeree company or of any securities exchange offeror.

This means that a Disclosure will be required where, for example, you own greater than 1% in the offeror but only 0.2% in the offeree, but have a transaction to increase that holding to 0.3% in the offferee or, for example, reduce your holding in the offeree to 0.15%. Equally, you would make a disclosure where you have greater than 1% in the offeree but less than 1% in the offeror and then make a trade in respect of the offeror.

The Disclosure must be made no later than 3.30 pm on the business day following the date of the relevant dealing

I suspect you're hoping that my simultaneous prediction on what's likely to occur later this month and the resultant effect on the share price turns out to be not at all correct...

The disclosed holdings and trades (so far) do indeed show an interesting pattern - and in general not one that supports the much-promoted view of the heavenly choir that ANGS is about to deliver untold riches to its shareholders, if only they'd hold just a little longer.

3Put is right (on this single occasion). Disclosure is obligatory at 1% (so, just under 11 million shares) in the current scenario. One would hope that George realised in advance that his "fortuitously timed" announcement of a "formal consideration of sale" would inevitably trigger such revelations being compulsorily made...
