I always apply a healthy dose of scepticism toward repeat offenders in the investment arena. IMHO: Past behaviour is "always" a good measure of future behaviour - so "NO" - leopards do NOT change their spots - especially when in management roles! The same is true of good management though... and qualities of good trustworthy management who are aligned with shareholders interests should never be underestimated or undervalued when making investment decisions.
