12/1/2022 21:19 | Better JT, the past is the past | 3put
12/1/2022 21:07 | Yes, anyone really. | jtidsbadly
12/1/2022 21:02 | JT To be honest it would have been better to just give £15m to Wingas and let them do it, we'd have been at first gas (whatever that is) ages ago. | 1347
12/1/2022 20:50 | 1347: definitely. Apart from that, the picture here is excellent. Offer tomorrow, gas at the end of February, gas prices picking up steam, sidetrack soon after first gas, finished in a month, cash flows pay off the loan in July. New wells or more sidetracks drilled quickly thereafter as seismic re-interpreted, additional production facilities installed, add more to production, which is maintained for four years, gas prices higher still. Big dividend payments from March 2024. Multiple bids for it rejected. Head office moves to Knightsbridge. Accounts at Wilton’s and J&B, and Club memberships, restored. Fill your boots. And it could have been quite like this if he’d only taken that $20mm in March 2020 and hired Halliburton to do the work. | jtidsbadly
12/1/2022 20:35 | HITS: why are you debating a purchase by Anguish of SEL’s stake with those people? - because it the latest news and we are in a takeover period. Might not suit your agenda JT but you must face reality | 3put
12/1/2022 20:33 | Offer tomorrow? | gaffer73
12/1/2022 20:29 | JT Yes but apart from that it's looking good yes? 15 p by Friday for sure? Those bids will be just flying in, n'est-ce pas? | 1347
12/1/2022 20:09 | I'm so bored of the negativity | solo4yous
12/1/2022 19:52 | HITS: why are you debating a purchase by Anguish of SEL’s stake with those people? Anguish can’t afford to finish Poundland. They’ll need more money to do it. They can’t borrow any, it has to come from equity issues or asset sales, not asset purchases. Any deal they might do with SEL would be in paper. Unless they can make the repayments and meet the hedge terms this summer, the paper of the two companies will be equally worthless. Mr. Forrest knows this. They can’t sell all or part of Poundland, even to Mr. Forrest, in time without the Debenture holders fast-tracking approval of the deal and why would the Debenture holders do that? This £8mm valuation for 25% of Poundland was Mr. Forrest flying a kite. There’s no question that whatever gas can be got out of Poundland is worth far more than it was a year ago. The issue is, who will benefit? Anguish need a successful sidetrack just to meet the hedges later this year. The thing is late again - you can kick the CPR’s mid-March estimate into touch now. If they can’t get the wells producing within four months, they’ll be unable to pay the loan interest/capital instalments, never mind meet the terms of the hedges. The Debenture holders will then either take over Poundland or exact even more usurious terms, which will guarantee that holders of these will never see a return. And why would anyone, even the stupidest investor or the one with the shortest memory, invest in Anguish, with its shocking track record and poorly qualified management, for geothermal energy? There will be alternatives with some knowledge of it and proprietary technology that will attract the smarter investors. I think putting Anguish up for sale may be merely the last throw of the dice. What are the auditors going to say to them - and to the shareholders - in March, when they start the audit, if it’s clear by then that Poundland is not going to generate any cash flow in time? Anguish need to get one or more big equity issues away before they reach that point. This probably explains the rush to an EGM tomorrow. | jtidsbadly
12/1/2022 19:29 | AIM RULES: IMHO... When the big boys are selling down... you know the little guys are going to get sh*fted AGAIN - despite the bullish* (*have I spelt that word right?) rhetoric of the CEO! CQ ;-) | clottedq
12/1/2022 18:34 | Very weird. Hits , I agree with this statement over on the other place. If George's latest commissioned CPR figures and estimates and assurances are to be believed, surely SEL would be nuts to sell its nigh on half share in SFB cheaply? You've seen the price expectations being stated here by people, were ANGS to sell its own 51% stake. ---------George has said, on numerous occasions, the sum of the parts are NORTH of 3p. | 3put
12/1/2022 18:20 | no else find it weird that headcase chickbait is now, all of a sudden, a piling and preparatory works expert and that people a) are taking any notice of him and b) asking questions and advice. admittedly those seeking his wisdom are also crayon eaters but still. previously he couldn't be trusted to use a pen ....... | sincero1
12/1/2022 18:08 | Would be great to cover other stocks but the cahunts here would short them Angus 2p | solo4yous

12/1/2022 17:05 | It does look fairly like a very badly maintained WW1 cemetery, doesn't it? Not that this matters at all. Anyhow, (E)GM tomorrow... onwards and in-some-direction-or | headinthesand
12/1/2022 16:37 | chickbait the cannon fodder very active here today, deramping hard ... this nutjob last seen trying to ramp ggp and boo where he was clearly invested ...have you seen how badly those 2 have been performing the last few months ... poor crazy fool .... but appears to be an expert on piling now though all of a sudden ... yeah right pahahahaha ... but obviously not so good at this share dealing stuff.... www.mind.org make that call | sincero1
12/1/2022 16:28 | Another steady day, considering all the deramping | 3put
12/1/2022 16:20 | Chickbait: here’s what they said on 30 November: “Site civil engineering is under tender and slated to begin in mid-December running through to mid- January, starting with piling, foundationing and, where appropriate, bunding for the flare, storage tanks and compressors and ending with pipe racks supports. Pipework procurement has also begun and welding is scheduled to take place on a continuous basis from early January through to the end of February. ” It’s mid-January at the end of the week and they’ve done some of the piling. Can they do bunding for the new flare before they get permission to install it? The PP is out to consultation and the local council’s unlikely to be pleased with it. I expect PP to be given but it could be delayed. There’s no sign of pipework. It’s late, isn’t it? And where’s the Joule-Thomson valve? | jtidsbadly
12/1/2022 16:20 | Sorry about that, too many fat fingers | jtidsbadly
