I have been moving funds in less risky plays on gold, so have a nice healthy rise on GDGB ETF of about 30%. I have decided to sell PAF as it has just about doubled for me having got out at 24.7p. My biggest exposure is to long gilts which are running at about break even when I take into account income that they have paid out, but the opportunity cost of holding them over the past year or so is fairly significant ... well unless you measure it against the last 12 months of holding AAZ!!

It is very depressing that AAZ is sitting out the party on the naughty step as gold soars.

I have just opened a small position in Mandalay Resources. I like the fact that it is not loaded with debt, and that historically it is has returned money tio shareholders when times were good.

Gold up nearly 2% today alone. $2417

Wallbridge Mining 10c (WM) on the TSE just broken through a very long down trend and would need to 10 bag to get back to all time high and that was when Gold was $1950.
