Q1 figures tomoz then ... going to be a very interesting day as the M&M's unlikely to bid for any stock for their own books so, let's see where the market is when a few sellers materialise early-doors ... i suspect not as low as many are predicting/hoping for as cannot believe there are still many folk with shares who have not yet sussed out what Q1 will look like.

April 15, Fineko/abc.az. During the first quarter of 2024, the production of precious metals in Azerbaijan increased compared with Q1 of 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, the country produced 839.8 kg of silver (16.3% more versus Q1 of 2023).

The gold production grew by 3.8% year-on-year and amounted to 427.6 kg.

And the volume of copper concentrate decreased by 93.6% against last year to 54.3 tons.

Since the beginning of 2024, an ounce of gold and silver has risen in price by about 14% to $2,350 and $28, respectively.

A kilogram of gold is currently worth more than $75,582.

AltynGold is pleased to announce that the expansion of its processing plant at Sekisovskoye is progressing according to schedule. The project has been advancing at a sustained pace with the workforce and external contractors working relentlessly.

The new processing line should increase capacity to 1.0mt/y complementing increased ore extraction following significant investments in mining equipment. In the interim, excess mined ore is being added to stock piles.

The project is a major undertaking involving site preparation as well as upgrades to equipment and processes. It involves the installation of a new crushing line, the addition of three new sorption leach tanks and the upgrades of the existing ones, new working platforms, redesign of the workshops, the construction of new conveyors as well as buildings works to contain the new processing line.

The Infrastructure works have largely been completed apart from the installation of the grinding mill. This large piece of equipment has been delivered (pictures and a video of the delivery and its craning into position will shortly be available at www.altyngold.uk). Installation and commissioning are now underway with operational commencement expected in 3Q24. This will be a key milestone in AltynGold's development and its growth strategy

Researching bunker manufacturers that maybe listed on UK stockmarket. There is an investing opportunity there for a fast buck potentially I feel.
Only found this lot so far not thinking they are listed as its a free website builder that was used.

agree let them get on with it themselves but the current lot seem determined to escalate everything till they get a world war and I dont have access to a nuclear shelter unlike our leaders who are encouraging it.

Pogue I’m genuinely disinterested in politics, because I think politicians and religion are usually somewhere behind the root cause of most wars or conflicts, usually in some country or areas name, but tbf I’ve often thought let them be the ones in the firing line and display their true colours. Mostly though they’re just talking their own book and vested interests, so I try to ignore them for that reason.

You say there are places to discuss this but censorship is very strong just now, not suggesting we should turn this to a political board but I had a post last week deleted on Youtube below an article highlighting the manpower shortages of the Ukrainian army stating that those that want to support the continuation of the war should be given free transport to Ukraine and politicians supporting it should be on the first plane. A perfectly reasonable request I felt but that was taken down within an hour. I have had a few other posts with equally mild sentiments deleted. Big brother is getting bigger by the day in the West.

agreed Bumpa,,, tbh, I have no idea what to make of the world right now,, and, as you say,, there's not much I can do to change things from my desk & I'm not going to become a politician,,, so I'll just have to vote & let them get on with it and take what ever comes as a result of their actions and my inactions !! :-) Cheers Wan :-)

My comment was a bit tongue in cheek but there’s enough places to discuss this stuff without doing it here, we should have enough on our plate trying to navigate the worst small cap mkt on record without trying to put the world to rights at the same time - the former is doable, the latter impossible.
