Good morning all.
I have today bit the bullet and gone all in.
In this stockmarket you don't get many opportunities to buy £1 coin for less than 60P.
First time ever doing what I have done today by going all in the stockmarket in my playing of around 35 odd years in this Casino.
My very sincere thanks to the sellers this morning.

I too was expecting worse results, they have done very well under the most trying of circumstances. But I was hoping that the results would come with a dam permission, but obviously that is outside the powers of the company.

I notice it took until 14th March for AAZ to submit all documents re the dam. So it would seem that it's not so much apparatchiks being slothful, but AAZ going through an onerous and lengthy process to satisfy proofs of the current condition of the dam, and further documentation of the works required.

"shortly" could be months, as no doubt a month is not a long time for bureaucrats to go through complex documents.

Obviously there’s still a worry about the TD, but I’m firmly of the opinion that if the govt wanted to close us down and appear hard, they would have just done … thus appealing to the local protestors. If they wanted the mines back they could have just taken the, and got on with it & been closer to the revenues they’d be generating.

I think we are suffering as a) that they want to appear to be doing something about the concerns and b) as whilst it’s high priority for us, it isn’t for them.

60p is a bargain if we are allowed to get going properly anytime soon & I don’t see reason why this won’t happen.

Wzn and others. I managed to do an excellent top up just above 58P. Had to do a couple of top ups and I have gone all in today. I am sure lady luck will look after me. Very happy to have been able to get my top ups below 60P. My average is excellent now. You don't get many chances in the stockmarket to buy a £1 coin for less than 60P.

now that would be welcome, although we'll just move on from this TD wall raise to "what about the new TD" as the next stumbling block :-) LOL :-),,, but, we'll have AZERGOV & President back onside,,, so maybe, yes,,,, would be nice,,, although I'll go 80p on first TD wall raise permission grated rns... :-) LOL :-) Cheers Wan :-)

nothing has changed, AAZ management has managed the aftermath of the demonstrations and shut down as best it could (and done a fine job of that I'd say),, but, still awaits TD permission from AZERGOV & President,,, and it still needs a new TD to be sorted,, so, our future is still basically in the hands of others... a glimmer of light with the words "expects to be received shorty",,, but, really nothing has changed other than we are closer to crunch day should this keep dragging on and on..... enough said by me,,, have a great day all, I shall catch up with things later in the day :-) Cheers Wan :-)

True Digger; there was a gold sale of 4k-oz v production 2.5k-oz.

q4 gold prod was 3k-oz; the 0.5k drop in q1 down to the cold.


Then again, q2 heap leach ought to be higher than q1:

a. the pads warm up.
b. more ore heaped on them; how much is guesswork att.

hope so cmb, but, nothing has changed other than we're getting closer to the point of no return,, we must get that TD up and running very soon & a new one asap,,, any significant delays and real problems await us!!!! we are not there yet!!!

Pleased to see Gilar first production is still on for Q4. Pushed back on most other updates.

Debt of $11M is much better than I expected.

Dam news very close.

It May approximately equate to Capex, but clearly the proceeds from inventory sales has been used for working capital. Circa £4m as has been approximately forecast on this board. A good result under the conditions, but inventory now down to 2m end of March. So £4m looks like the net cash burn after the sale of circa 2500oz Au. Damn Dam raise permission really required this month as debt will increase from end of April. Shame about Gilar going back by three further months, but understandable to save costs. A wait until
2025 until we are likely to see substantial progress in excess of pre-debacle.

Wan' it is a very good RNS as far as I am concerned. I have no worries at all about them getting the TD permission at all. They have done very well considering the ban on mining. I have full confidence in our BoD.
I was worried when the El Presidante put a stop to the mining. Not worried at all now about the TD permission . It will all get sorted. Just a question of patience now.
Anyone know of a better Co. where I can park my money??
