Have posters here seen the interview with Craig Hemke, courtesy of snurkle1 on the Silver Thread, and reposted by Goldrush on PXC? It's about 25 minutes long, but extremely interesting and entertaining, explaining the reasons for why we are where we are with gold/silver, why we got the drop this week, and what's going to happen. Craig Hempke has a fantastic reputation, and I liked his style.
He also made a strong point about trading gold/silver shares at the moment. He asked about someone holding Tesla shares. $300 last year, to $1,600 now. Who made $1,300/share; Answer, only those people who held it all that time. He said that the situation for gold and silver is so outrageously clear. It’s a fool’s errand at the moment to join in short term trading in pm's. Have a long time perspective, and don’t gamble yourself out. I can just imagine someone selling out of Tesla for $400, with a 33% profit, and how he would feel today....
Good luck everyone.

LOL Wan,anyone can post what they like not just the thread owner.🙂
I think you need to get your feet on the ground ATM no good being all over the place either.
Pick a few shares and have some good ones on the watch list. What share to invest in if one that you hold goes wrong, that you are already holding!!
It happened to me with POG. So you need a plan B pronto for that money to go into. Also hoding x amout in cash is a good strategy IMO.
no good being naked and fully invested and an opportunity comes along and you just let it pass and miss it!! You are very clever man and run a great thread. Capitalise on that knowledge IMO.
What when and if AVCT or another Co brings the spit 1O Minute test??
The Airlines will recover very rapidly IMO when COVID-19 carriers can be tested in 10 minutes.
I have the money ready to invest under those circumstances. DTG would be a good investment under these circumstances IMO. I did mention that one to you before.
NAI but I just thought I would give you my pennies worth of thoughts.
I could be completely wrong too. That is up to you to decide. Negative views from others welcome too. We are here to exchange ideas after all.
ATB and GLA for tomorrow. 😎

Syme-
They recently signed a MOU with middle Eastern partners which has set the share price alight.

I've hardly researched them at all tbh. I bought in for the breakout of the base on increased volume. I got lucky 🍀

What book did you read Wan? . I recently bought the encyclopaedia of chart patterns. It will be a great reference. Throughly recommended it.

Wan - with SRB I think the recent volume has been selling of CLNs (commercial loan notes) however financial results are due tomorrow so may see a rise with good news.

Hi Wan - the volume spike at ACP came straight after a positive RNS, though not the financing news everyone is waiting for - that is what will kick it out of the current range as the project can then go ahead.

many thanx for the heads up today KS, much appreciated :-) Cheers Wan :-)

Looking at ACP from a pure TA basis as per the book I finished today (many thanx to Mj for the heads up on it) I'd say today was important,,, it tried to break out of a long box range, showed within the pink lines,,, it failed, but, there was a volume spike which is key,,, I shall watch again tomorrow KS, should the volume escalate and it try again to break out of the box that would be a good entry point signal :-),,, it still might not be 'the' entry point,,,, but it would be worth a test batch order with a view to adding bigger money if it got out of this box and continued into the 4 to 4.5p box,,,, that said, it's tried before with equal/higher volume spikes a few times and each time failed and returned to this current box,,,,, on the downside, break the lower pink line to the downside and I'd be looking to get out,,, if the market allowed it :-) oh what a game KS :-) LOL,,,,, got to try these things :-)

Cheers Wan :-)

Deaths are a lagging indicator; deaths follow infections by a few weeks.
Death stats. are that far behind the news in terms of containment, control etc
and hence possible relaxation/end to lockdown.
The point of the graph is that the infections are being well controlled at this
very time; relaxation of lockdown therefore likely.

Which is relevant to AAZ and why i posted the graph.

Btw, on Sweden, yes they have succeeded in getting infections/deaths right down low over recent weeks.
Then again, they actually have had greater restrictions than most of Europe past several weeks.
But Sweden was always reliant upon a voluntary compliance with the guidance given to
the populace by its authorities.
To a great extent that was given; the Swedish people still, in the great main, respect their authorities and imbued with a higher sense of social responsibility than in several european nations.
[e.g. they still have National Service. Ironically not been at war since 1814.]
They are also relatively wealthy; hospitals, schools etc all built to high standard; plenty of capacity, roominess....the whole country is low density pop.; plenty of space.
Contrast Stockholm with London or Gothenburg with Birmingham.

All that + Swedish norm of keeping further apart, in conversation, passing by ....whatever and social distancing isn't a stretch.
Where the Swedes fell down badly was in their failure to effectively isolate their
care homes; the main reason for high death stats.
All the other Scandinavian nations have far lower mortalities; Denmark the highest of the rest only ~1/3rd.
The Swedish economy shrank only a tad less than the Danish Q2.
Then again, the Swedes make and export a lot of goods; much of the GDP fall down to
Covid crashed demand for its exports. That much more than Denmark? Dunno.

But i do know that you cannot simplistically say whatever works for the Swedes
will be just the ticket for e.g. UK.

Hourly Gold chart with volume looks interesting right now.
Someone doesn't want it over $1,950 but, plenty of buyers just below that level

People are no longer taking any notice. Other than face masks in retail, everyone has been cracking on for ages.

At least outside the London Bubble.

goldfinger1, I believe that they are covering up the biggest banking crash in history which is noticeably absent from the mass media.

Scroll to the bottom to begin reading. It's thought that it will take $20 trillion to mop up the mess, a mess so big that perhaps it's thought best to distract the population? The IMF hold the sword over 160 countries.

If you go to today's page you will see that the Banks, to avoid Federal rules, are now gambling via foreign exchanges.

its not active cases people need to look at, it the daily deaths.
You really lock a countries people up for so few deaths?
2 yesterday again.
Take a look at the sweden, They have gone about it the right way.
I wonder how many people die every day from driving.?
I don't know what these world leaders are up to, but they are up to something.
One thing is for sure, its not in the interest of normal people.
