Anglesey Mining Takeover Rumours (AYM)

It is interesting that they have such a thin board, I noticed they never replaced the late Danesh Varma who resigned as a Non Exec in November and now we have another of the old brigade leave, as announced yesterday. The website simply shows Andrew King as Chairman, the new CEO Rob Marsden with the former CEO being listed as a Non Exec who has now moved overseas, that's it. It does make you wonder if the C suite is being thinned for a reason, yes a takeover approach is possible but so are many other scenarios, one thing for certain the projects AYM have in their portfolio are worth many many multiples of the market value.
