07/3/2017 08:50 | Did we ever hear anything regarding "the Long Term Test of the Temblon discovery"?? | eddie_yates
07/3/2017 08:41 | Platanillo 24 is the 2nd infill well but was announced Jan 9th so won't be included in reserves update | eddie_yates
07/3/2017 08:18 | From last years Reserves Update RNS The Board expects an increase in reserves once production increases again from currently shut in pads, which will happen gradually following the commissioning of the OBA pipeline which is due in April 2016 and once the much reduced opex per barrel comes through from production going through the OBA pipeline. In addition, the additional drilling activity planned on Platanillo in 2016, including two infill wells and up to two wells from the northern pad 2N, which seek to extend the field limits, together with the drilling of wells on Put-8 and Coati and the Long Term Test of the Temblon discovery to the south of the Coati block, should result in an increase in both 1P and 2P reserves. It is worth noting that six months of Long Term Testing is required before resources can be categorised as reserves. | eddie_yates
07/3/2017 08:07 | Well that's a new 52wk intraday low paid... 21.75. Still sitting on mainly cash. | rollthedice
06/3/2017 21:38 | So, today's UT at 22p and in decent size at 6443888. Should I have expected my 22p limited to have triggered? No prizes for guessing that, whilst "someone" stocked up, I missed out | charlieeee
06/3/2017 18:22 | The share price is dire, we could do with an upbeat RNS. What is GC and co doing to this company? | dayway123

05/3/2017 23:01 | Am in the antipodes and half a world away from my charting software so have nothing to contribute from an ichimoku POV. However, looking at Martins chart I'm not inclined to disagree RegardsQ | quidnunc
05/3/2017 21:06 | Any decent charting should also be tracking the correlation with commodity price. The January 2016 low coincides with oil dropping under $30 per barrel on the 15th and then ski-ing on down post the weekend on the 18th January 2016: AMER's 2016 chart reflects the sentiment on oil stocks at that lowest of recent lows. From a fundamentals point of view, production is now nearly double and costs halved, but that is in no way reflected in the chart, which is a testimony to poor sentiment and as with all TA is a self fulfilling prophesy. If (and I hope that this not the case as we have reason to believe that the OBA throughput is progressing nicely) that chart reflects bad news as yet unannounced, then those that live by the sword can have a taste of their own medicine. | charlieeee
05/3/2017 18:15 | Agree Martin but only if you are feeling bullish as it is the 2016 low that worries me. Yes it might stop here but given the recent performance it isn't going to surprise me if that low doesn't act as a magnet and drag us lower :( | the dark horse
05/3/2017 16:37 | Three days last week saw lows of 22.00p (September support) at the bottom of the descending channel. Bullish divergences on stochastic and RSI, with MACD giving a hint of a buy signal. I'm still looking for a two day close above the 8 day ESA (yellow line) to buy...you may feel more gung-ho! 05/3/2017 15:20 | I am new to investing but decided to take a holding after being impressed by a presentation on the company at a Natural Resources Forum in 2016. I have been frustrated like so many on this forum with the share price performance however I believe Amerisur are a good company operating in a challenging environment at a time of great change in Columbia. I have been looking at the share price of another company operating in Columbia - Ecopetrol who's share has fallen by a similar amount this year. I am probably still at the naive stage of investing and don't fully understand alleged market manipulation and practices but my view is the price is being influenced by the regional instability which has stifled investment in infrastructure for decades. If the Columbian government can get their act together investment will flow into the area and the board will have no excuses for missing future year end oba target! | stur7672
