27/8/2009 08:28 | cougar6 - 2 Oct'03 - 14:30 - 491 of 1452 give your money to a charity shop at least you will feel good Personally I think that is a commendable idea. If you have to lose money folks do as Cougar says and 'feel good' about it. Any suggestions for a worthy cause? | loverat

Good to see the 2 mill sold yesterday (not by cougar) has been mopped up already today... flashcat61 - 23 Sep'03 - 16:33 - 255 of 1452 ..although it looks like another 2m sale today. I wonder who's off loading? cougar6 - 26 Sep'03 - 14:22 - 386 of 1452 The money is in China stocks, dont waste your time in uk companies without stakes in China cougar6 - 30 Sep'03 - 14:17 - 434 of 1452 Game-boy you seem to pick all the dead stocks, you have been predicting the 2p for the last 18 months move on to better stocks plenty out there cougar6 - 2 Oct'03 - 14:30 - 491 of 1452 give your money to a charity shop at least you will feel good cougar6 - 14 Oct'03 - 14:42 - 680 of 1452 As I have said if the price gets to 2.5p then I will be in for a few mill shares as the overhang in the market will be gone. 27/8/2009 05:58 | GON thread.... cougar6 - 7 Jan'02 - 22:58 - 7 of 80 Company is short of money as they did not raise the amount they wanted. look at past records of the directors ? institutions will not support. directors have control of company. all past rights issues the shares are well down on placing value. cougar6 - 12 Aug'03 - 15:52 - 79 of 775 the take up by institutions will be very little, the company has always failed just uses up shareholders money, directors have no track record, get out now when you can. cougar6 - 20 Aug'03 - 13:53 - 326 of 775 would think this one will be refered to stock exchange reguarding insider trading. | loverat
27/8/2009 05:45 | Extract from an old Independent article.. No pain no gain: Life can be a beach when you play the shell game by Derek Pain Friday, 12 October 2001 Shells are a traditional feature of the stock market. Come boom or slump, there seems to be a readily available shoal of these oddities drifting around, looking for real sustenance to keep them going. Shells are a traditional feature of the stock market. Come boom or slump, there seems to be a readily available shoal of these oddities drifting around, looking for real sustenance to keep them going. Even in the present uncertain stock market the shell game is alive and well. This week Andaman, a company that has been round the block a few times, admitted it was in talks that could lead to a reverse takeover. Like so many of these deals, mystery surrounds the identity of the other party. Entrepreneur George Allnut built a 7 per cent stake but did not institute the talks. Internetaction is a warning to shell punters. There are exceptions but the stock market does not provide free lunches and the terms of a reverse takeover can leave little, if any, reward for shell shareholders. And not all shell deals are long-lasting. The partner company can turn out to be a can of worms. Still, well-known stock market players are shells. Carlton Communications is one, PizzaExpress another. | loverat

26/8/2009 22:51 | And from an initial glance of the numerous GON threads there seem to be some highly interesting posts which perhaps merit a closer look. | loverat
26/8/2009 22:46 | Thank you to the person who contacted me prompting me to look at Galleon Holdings (GON) Obviously I overlooked the connection between Andaman (AND)/cougar's thread and GON where Cougar appears to have been one of the main negative posters. Anyway - this timeline may help people understand the connection and perhaps the reasons for the negative posts directed against the management of that company. In summary it appears from Cougar's posts that another offer for the company was made but rejected. Anyone care to guess the identity of the person whose offer was rejected? 1)AND Thread created by cougar6 cougar6 - 13 Apr'01 - 09:00 ANDERMAN IS A CASH SHELL I MILL SHARES TRADED THIS WEEK DUE TO MAKE ANNOUNCEMENT ON TAKEOVER THIS MONTH ? 2)RNS Number:5576C Andaman Resources PLC 24 April 2001 Andaman Resources p.l.c. Andaman Resources p.l.c. has become aware that Mr G P Allnutt is now interested in 4,700,000 ordinary shares representing 5.73 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital. 3)RNS Number:5553O Galleon Holdings PLC 12 December 2001 For Immediate Release 12 December 2001 Galleon Holdings plc Recommended offer ("the Offer") by Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited on behalf of Galleon Holdings plc (formerly Andaman Resources p.l.c.) to acquire the entire issued share capital of The Galleon Group plc 4) GON THREAD..... keith.fletcher - 27 Feb'02 - 00:51 - 57 of 80 cougar - looking back on this thread you seem to be making a lot of unsupported allegations. And here's another one today, I don't suppose you have any information that may back that up do you ??? cougar6 - 21 Sep'03 - 14:57 - 231 of 1452 The only people interested in gon are the small punters, papers are not keen to give any write ups and a hugh amount of stock overhanging the market at 1.5 p. much better stocks out there. game_boy - 21 Sep'03 - 18:24 - 232 of 1452 Thanks Cougar - good to see you've not changed your tune yet.... when GON breaks through 1.5p are you going to buy then ??? You've obviously got a historic downer on GON from Andaman days and maybe you know something that the rest of us don't from some of your previous comments re the directors and business potential.... please share more if it is of any relevance now..... We'd all have liked to seen revenues generated more quickly and the price rising rather than falling.... but having run several small business myself reality is that grwoing an IPR based business takes time and GON has sensibly got itself some short-term revenue generating operations to minimise cash-burn while the animation properties are developed and marketed and at some point there will be a break out from the current market cap-levels... Those of us with a more positive view on the future are hoping the results at end Sept will be the trigger for this....roll-on next week... cougar6 - 2 Oct'03 - 16:10 - 499 of 1452 when andaman was taken over by gon, the other offer made and rejected by the board went on to touch 30p shame we got the wrong team ? skiski - 2 Oct'03 - 16:29 - 501 of 1452 Cougar6, do you bear some kind of grudge, is that why you negative post? | loverat
26/8/2009 19:43 | Eight Seven Eight Four. | loverat
25/8/2009 21:57 | Still, three on the list going forward and just some patience and we should see some recognition for the efforts made. I am sure it will still be interesting when all this in the public domain. | loverat
25/8/2009 21:47 | By the way folks. I know you will be disappointed but regrettably my investigations have not been able to yield any significant evidence on the posts made by 'painting'. Therefore for the time being at least - this will not be taken forward. | loverat
25/8/2009 21:36 | Phew! Getting down to paperwork was never my favourite side of things. However, condensing large volumes of material into something understandable and presentable is and I feel a sense of achievement today. Nearly there now. A few more phone calls to make and e-mails to send and bob's your uncle. Must say - I much prefer the investigative side of things and someone write it up for me. Mind you - this is not a big company with a large (and thankfully argumentive) shareholder base. Not many to offer their help but a small, quaint family like community who have a sense of justice. Just as I like it. | loverat
25/8/2009 06:31 | Anyway - I think we are going off on a slight tangent here. Back to COMG matters and paperwork beckons. Have a nice day everyone. | loverat
25/8/2009 05:48 | Alternatively, you could take the legal advice posted by 'Lost for Choice' - although not sure if they are acting for the claimant anymore. Perhaps you could give them a call and see. Lost For Choice - 1 Mar'08 - 10:40 - 944 of 1238 Justin The details you want are as follows: If you wish to talk about your defamatory post, then you need to contact Anomalous/The Plaintiff's solicitors. Their contact details are: David Greene Edwin Coe Solicitors LLP 2 Stone Buildings Lincoln's Inn London WC2A 3TH The email address is David.Greene@edwinco I would strongly suggest that you do so, because if you talk before he has to spend funds to locate your personal details, then the less you will have to pay to settle the matter. You will have to provide your name and address, otherwise the solicitors will not be able to contact you. | loverat
24/8/2009 21:16 | Saddam If you are being sued (I trust you are one of the remaining eight) perhaps you could contact me if this is causing you distress. | loverat
24/8/2009 20:33 | I guess that the claimant must have been seething when you posted what you did but was he understanding when you apologised? Or did he sue you? | loverat
24/8/2009 19:42 | This bloke seems familiar...... any ideas? | loverat

23/8/2009 20:33 | Hey guys - Nobody can say I am trying to flush you out Panama Vatican Embassy style. This is decent stuff. I am sure the judge will take that into consideration. | loverat
