18/1/2017 08:11 | and News from Greenland anytime....a multi-bag in the making. ;-) 3/10/16 Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an extensive airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey at the Amitsoq graphite project in southern Greenland, targeting graphite zones and extensions of the former graphite mine at Amitsoq, nickel and platinum group elements to the north of the former mine as well as potential gold targets on the mainland to the south of Amitsoq island. Our contractor has now commenced the processing of the data acquired in the survey. Further developments will be announced as and when they are available. -------------------- The principal objective is to establish and prove up the continuity of the known graphite deposit and former graphite mine, both along strike and at depth The EM survey will also target: known Nickel-Platinum Group Element anomalies on Amitsoq island Gold targets further south along strike from a known gold deposit and former gold mine By the use of the deep penetration EM system selected, Alba seeks to fast-track the exploration and development of the Amitsoq Project. The Amitstoq prospect is here. Including maps and photos and history and future plans....gla holders. ..significant upside beckons. :-) and no doubt the Chinese would be very interested in a JV with Alba if indeed the results are exciting and encouraging........a JV with a Chinese multi-billion dollar rare earth specialist would send Alba's share price into orbit......Gla BIG news expected imminently from Brockham and Greenland......Signi 3/1/2017 2016 was an eventful year for China’s intensifying engagement with Greenland: A blocked attempt to buy a derelict naval base; controversy over the size of a state-linked company’s share in a uranium project; progress towards establishing the world’s northernmost mine. A year ago, no actual Chinese investment existed. Now money has changed hands, permits are being awarded and China is becoming a major player in Greenland’s development. That involvement is also starting to be received differently in Nuuk and Copenhagen. 29/9/16 Recent strategic partnership Greenland Minerals recently agreed to issue a 12.5% equity stake to a subsidiary of leading rare earth company Shenghe Resources Holding Co Ltd (SHA:600392), which has a market cap of over A$2.5 billion. The agreement aligns one of the world's premier emerging rare earth projects, with one of the most technically-proficie 7/12/16 China to stockpile large volumes of minerals under new plan By Albert Li Published: Wednesday, 07 December 2016 Rare earths and graphite are to be warehoused in quantities at least 80% of the country†| moneymunch

18/1/2017 07:18 | 6 zones to be evaluated and assessed......the deeper Great Oolite and Corillian Interval limestones, the three Kimmeridge interval limestones and lastly the Portland........3 weeks to confirm each interval flows.....a game-changer on free flowing limestones. Gla holders ;-) | moneymunch
18/1/2017 07:01 | RNS Alba is pleased to announce that it has been advised by the operator, Angus Energy Plc ("Angus") that, further to the 15 December 2016 announcement, site upgrade works to the production bunds are now complete and well intervention continues on site at the Brockham oil field ("Brockham"), in which Alba is earning a 5 per cent interest. Accordingly, Angus has informed us that they anticipate the re-entry of the original Brockham-X1 well being completed within the week with the work to complete and case the well taking 2 to 3 days thereafter. We will update the market once we are informed that the well is complete and we then intend to make a further announcement once the results of the geological evaluation assessment have been fully evaluated, which is expected to be three weeks thereafter. | moneymunch

17/1/2017 14:30 | Tick up coming Drilling done, casing run, tankers leaving Brockham apparently ....buying volume picking up. Gla holders BIG news imminent. ;') | moneymunch
17/1/2017 07:16 | Free flowing Kimmeridge limestones at Brockham will be a game-changer for Alba imho, and will focus investor and market interest on this year's planned extended flowtests at Horse Hill......results on the deeper Great Oolite and Corillian interval limestones at Brockham could also add significant value......the potential volume of recoverable oil across both license area's could be eye watering, and so Alba's 14.75% combined interest commensurate to their current bargain low share price and tiny market cap provides one of the best risk reward opportunities around for truly transformational upside and multi-bag potential, and with news also due on Limerick, Mauritania and especially Greenland, Alba's share price is set for a major re-rate or two or three as good news is delivered........ Gla holders.....Exciteme | moneymunch
14/1/2017 13:41 | yes, he is clueless !LOL | lanty33
13/1/2017 16:16 | ps the share gimp calls me clueless, when he spent all his time telling punters not to buy in at 0.15p, sub 0.2p etc etc etc.....;-))) | moneymunch
13/1/2017 16:15 | Lol Don't talk nonsense sharebasher, the Chinese are very interested in Graphite and rare earth materials, their presence in Greenland is a priority for them on many fronts, ( not just exploration, but access to arctic shipping lanes etc....if Alba's update confirms super jumbo sized graphite flake in abundance, then the Chinese alreay know.....and a JV could easily be on the cards as highlighted in today's Rns.....Gla holders....a take over or JV......a multi-bag in a blink!!! On and Up!!! ;-) | moneymunch
13/1/2017 16:08 | Those that hold shares are all going to do very well if their plans come to fruition,...and/or a take over target to boot by the sounds of it......the BoD appear very confident, hence the timing of the options. Gla holders BIG news coming soon. On and Up!!! ;-))) | moneymunch
13/1/2017 16:07 | moneymunch LOL. Please stop going on about Greenland. You are showing yourself up as clueless because anyone with experience in small resource stocks knows it is worth buttons at this stage. It's only at the "aerial survey" stage and ALBA's partner has just sold their 41% stake to Alba for 150,000. This is completely bad news. The object is to farm out early stage licences so you are not left lumbered with 100% of the costs. Alba have to pay 100% of costs on this licence which is at an incredibly early stage. | frjdnverijtnhj8568934
13/1/2017 15:57 | and maybe suggestive of Greenland's graphite and gold. :-) Alba continues actively to review and discuss numerous other project opportunities which have value-enhancing potential for the Company whether by acquisition, farm in or joint venture in a range of jurisdictions around the world. | moneymunch
13/1/2017 15:54 | and a highly interesting inclusion in today's Rns....gla ;-) "Those share options granted pursuant to the EMI scheme are subject to accelerated vesting in certain circumstances, including pursuant to a change of control of the Company following a completed takeover offer." | moneymunch
13/1/2017 15:49 | Lol numptie.....share incentives are common place for every listed company big and small, and all successful companies have them.....the timing of course is highly significant with potential transformational news imminent on all fronts......i think they're expecting good news....lol.....gla holders. Get ready for the re-rate. ;-) Alba holds a 15 per cent interest in Horse Hill Developments Limited, the company which has a 65 per cent participating interest and operatorship of the Horse Hill oil and gas project (licences PEDL 137 and PEDL 246) in the UK Weald Basin. Alba is also earning a 5% interest in Production Licence 235, which comprises the producing onshore Brockham Oil Field. Alba has earned the right to a 49 per cent interest in the Amitsoq Graphite Project in Southern Greenland and has agreed to acquire a further 41 per cent interest in the Project, subject to Greenlandic regulatory approvals. In addition, the Company has recently renewed its Limerick base metal licence in the Republic of Ireland. The Company has applied for the reissue of a uranium permit in northern Mauritania. The new Mauritanian permit will be on a reduced area, and is centred on known uranium-bearing showings. Alba continues actively to review and discuss numerous other project opportunities which have value-enhancing potential for the Company whether by acquisition, farm in or joint venture in a range of jurisdictions around the world. | moneymunch |
