Looks an excellent update IMO as they get the underlying business going again. I was sceptical previously, but maybe just maybe management are going to deliver.....net cash position good, trading good, opportunities good....enough £s out there to keep the private side going strong IMO.....DYOR and have bought in on a 6 month look forward and upgrades and maybe one or more surprises on the trading upside....

Surprised it didn't catch more of a bid with the announcement of reduction in UK entry requirements. It just needs to breach 100 and the breakout traders will be in so a little will soon turn in to a lot.

To echo part of the trading update ongoing Covid is a positive for private flying. HNW will want to avoid airports because of the queuing and general chaos, plus the added flexibility of private.

Looks like an interesting acquisition. Worth noting that about £5m is to be borrowed against their lending facility as well as use of the cash to fund the acquisition.

Worth noting too that the revenues and profits of Kenyon can be choppy sometimes and some years could be quite benign in the way of incidents and disasters. Nevertheless, i suspect plenty of "disasters" and other types of tragic events globally will keep them very busy into the future, and importantly will act as a good diversity of revenue stream for the group as a whole.

Over a full year I would value nearer 100 million as the cash pile will gradually increase again.Love companies with no debt !!!Re invest cash each time and growth on jet card booming !Might get mentioned by IC

Looks like they have spent all the cash on the acquisition which will add about 1m GBP to the bottom line. So if we assume H2 trading is in line with the 3.7m pre tax profit just announced for H1 then they are running at about 8.4m of pre-tax profit albeit with very little cash leftover. That has to be worth an 80m market cap IMHO.

I think most people are upset with the incompetence of the Afghan government. AP were already involved in the evacuation of equipment from Kabul in the last month and undoubtedly will continue to help evacuate people as well. Even if this isn’t directly from Kabul (although I expect it will be), then it will definitely be from the local hubs like Dubai.
