It's good news isn't it.
They last communicated to shareholders in spades just ahead of asking us for money.

Welcome to this board full of equally frustrated people. At the 15th July AGM the statement made reference to "our half year results, which we expect to release in September" but there has been no further communication. This doesn't even say September:

I am a new investor in AP and haven't been able to find out when we are next due an earnings report. I would appreciate any advice on this .

Have come to the conclusion that there are so many aircraft unemployed that it is very much a buyer’s market. That suggests wafer thin margins, unlike the sudden peak in demand early in the pandemic. All in all no reason imo to expect AIR to cease being a serial disappointer.

This could be interesting for AP's cargo division...

Global vaccine flights, 8,000 747's needed. Transportation plans being put in place already prior to successful vaccine.

Multiples of 250p - soaring in cloud cuckoo land

Excluding the temporary and exceptional initial COVID incomes, AP will not on an ongoing basis make anywhere near the annual profits to support a 250p share price anytime soon...

I would be happy with a re-instatement of the divi, an exceptional (one off) annual profit and hopefully 100p share price in the next few months.

Underlying profitability you should explain on a line by line and comparable basis.

ha ha I don't see 250p here anytime soon, underlying profitability does not support such a market cap...

CEO going would be a positive...but do I see it happening...hmmmm he has survived so far through accounting scandals, has a poor acquisition record and is responsible for a strategy that has seen AP fall way behind air charter competitors in terms of profitability...

I would be happy for £1 and then maybe I sell, take my profit and invest into a more credible management team.

Simple situation now either this stock will be 250p+ before YE or the CEO definitvely gets replaced: the business case gets explained properly (finally) and you get multiples of 250p.

FYI these rolling UK lockdowns incremental positives for near term demand. Hard to say how material in the grand scheme of things without more data

"With Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Jamaica most recently added to the UK’s quarantine-list, we are working 24/7 to swiftly accommodate those who wish to return to the UK. Keep following our social media for updates on how we work to make repatriation as smooth as possible."

Thanks for sharing, that articulates what I thought.
A holiday to Portugal last month involved 4 flights for the house party and I was the only person who had traveled privately before. Not only will there be further bookings from these new customers but the plane has already been used by people to whom we recommended. There are also the benefits of the private terminal and personal customs check for Covid safety and speed and also enabling you to travel to destinations that are much quieter than they would normally be and from a smaller local airport
I think that many new customers will be doing the cost benefit analysis

So why is Air Partner down 8% today when public transport will be further curtailed and perceived as more risky. People will still want to go to their villas

It is measured over the next 3 yrs with a 2 yr hold, so it hasn't produced a result yet. You could read the RNS maybe to save people time explaining them?

There's an underlying eps metric too though, isn't there?

And how has the TSR metric produced a result?

trident5

Not with a TSR metric. No

And don't those restructuring costs fall below the line for calculating the LTIP share options issued at nil cost?
