(Pink Sheets: PLCSF), a company focused on innovative cardiac and vascular medical device-based technologies, today stated that, following the delisting of its common stock from NYSE Alternext (formerly known as the American Stock Exchange) on Monday, November 10, 2008, the company is working to secure the intended transfer of its common stock listing to the OTCBB.
