there were those on this site that didnt believe me about the lady isabella date i had but i proved it was true by selling my story to the press.
so i ask you all to believe me again when i say this is going down to zero and i hope itv will back me on this.they rang me after all, i didnt ring them

cash - I think you are directing your anger in the wrong direction and manner - at least try and use some of this energy to really cause the person discomfort.
I read on here that you had already contacted the FSA - is this in fact true and did you provide all this hard copy documented evidence as mentioned above?

cash - print off such documentation and complie as part of a real complaint to FSA - I do not think a director should be communicating with a private investor in such a manner in the first place anyway?
if specific contracts/product development is mentioned in the same context as increasing revenues and profits - you could be getting somewhere?

Well exactly my point - was it received from an authenticated e mail address - perhaps he was disclosing price sensitive information?
Got to go now - await replies - there could be a factual cause for complaint here that will cause this person a large amount of problems - I can assure you!!

Also, Directors are not allowed to reveal inside information. They can get done for misconduct.
