12/3/2007 12:06 | _ _ _ _/_ _ _ _ can any one fill in the missing letters? ;-) roboo is it the one you were on about ages ago, moon shot | macca28
12/3/2007 12:03 | Personally, I think pursuing such actions is emotionally self destructive and never does you any good. Almost everyone who invests myself included has incurred large losses when expectations went wrong. It's easy to blame someone else - but much more productive to blame yourself - and move on and do something positive. I actually used to think that Cashmagnet worked for the company. If he had done so and put in as much time and energy over the last 4 years as he has posting here, the company might well have been a lot more successful. Cashmagnet would probably make a great salesmen - and earn himself and whoever he was working for a great deal of cash. Instead he has been posting here nearly 24 hours a day for 4 years. 12/3/2007 12:03 | SIWEL100 THIS WILL NOT MULTI BAG FULL STOP. | mr tyson
12/3/2007 11:40 | Opmoc. A fair point you make about my previous comment. It was poorly worded to be honest. What I meant was that whatever the future is for Zoo, good or bad, it will be down to Stuart Green and co rather than the rantings of Cash. i.e. this guy wants the company to die a death and IF that happens it will be because of the management, not because of one deluded person who lost all he had. I've re-worded it slightly to try and make the point a little better than I did before! | lurker2
12/3/2007 11:38 | yep, well the yanks do like to go over board dont they | cashmagnet
12/3/2007 11:37 | Pierre Oreilly...currently in the red...may even go pop, or may multi bag. Such is life when fishing the wee AIM tiddlers. But only Badgers would risk their burrows on such punts.....and Cashmagnet of course. | siwel100
12/3/2007 11:34 | Who where the "Yanks" | artey

12/3/2007 11:26 | PO - agree but there has to be a start somewhere - or do you think this kind of behaviour should continue for evermore as well? Right really got to go now - see yah all! | dunderheed
12/3/2007 11:24 | Priceless..LOFL | artey

12/3/2007 11:20 | Could I put this question to Mr Cashmagnet M'Lud? .....and when exactly did you realise that you had been abducted by aliens?... | artey
12/3/2007 11:18 | is to convince FSA that this guy has been behaving in appropriately and given some form of censure for this Oh ffs! There has been blatant ripping off of thousands of investors for years and years - obvious, explicit, extreme, illegal, - and guess how many have been censured by the FSA? | pierre oreilly
12/3/2007 11:13 | opmoc - this is what I am saying dont really feel he has a case in the courts initially - what he needs is to convince FSA that this guy has been behaving in appropriately and given some form of censure for this - then onwards and upwards. I realise cash feels very hard done by and emotional about this - and do not know any of the facts - only his portrayal of them - but from what I'm hearing there does seem some cause for complaint - and as I say would not be surprised to find if some inside info has in fact been diseminated - even if not intentionally - which as I repeat - is not actually the issue here? PS are you the one who gave me the lecture on definition of whales?! PPs - got to go now - but best of luck with this! Never been a shareholder or intend to - therefore could not get involved from a share-holder action group perspective anyway - but this could be the way for some form of recourse? | dunderheed
12/3/2007 11:10 | PO - actually not necessarily (regarding getting tied in knots by even low level barrister) - there are some really really bad barristers you know!! | dunderheed
12/3/2007 11:09 | PMSL well done aero on your short LOL down it goes | cashmagnet
12/3/2007 11:08 | Dunderheed / Aerotus, You raise an interesting point, that I hadn't previously seriously considered. Rather than cashmagnet being at risk of prosecution, the FSA may actually be more interested in the actions of the directors of the company. There have of course been lots of shareholder action groups formed over the years with regards to various companies. I'm not aware of any of them having had any real success - but they've usually been formed much too late - after events have already taken their course and there's nothing left to pursue. Tony | opmoc
12/3/2007 11:07 | Cash, your spat with zoo isn't of much interest except to one person. | pierre oreilly
12/3/2007 10:56 | Have to say if that was the case, Ian is at fault as when you are inexperienced in the markets, its very easy to go overboard if a CEO is telling you "inside info". | aerotus |
