lewis,

Maybe it would be better if you posted your art here.

I suspect lewis is a brilliant artist

I've been slagging him off for years - but he posted something really nice about me on another thread.

He made me smile.

Thank You,

Tony

Understand this. This company is a disaster that will NOT recover EVER! Get out what you can now cos it wont be here much longer. Too many people with the old rose tinted glasses on I'm afraid.

siwel: then there is a load of interactive dvd games coming out throughout

macca...When all their other income is on a variable basis I preferred the single payment contract. It gave income visibility. Now its going to be guesswork on a 6 monthly basis with no guaranteed cashflow. Also I do question why Disney moved to variable terms if its less favourable. I can understand it from a new customer going the other way as usuage increases but unusual from one with a relationship to go variable.....hopefully once the next few results are out we will get a better view on income and potential. Not overly negative but had hoped the company would be a tad more communicative post restructure.

siwel: just worth a mention, zoos pay as you go deal with disney
is actually better for zoo as they are being paid on a monthly basis
and disney are using the software regularly
"so its not if and when"

They can go to 0p macca even if only 1 share in issue.

thats the difficult bit ;-)
you would think with only 6mil shares in issue they can't go much lower,
but another shortage of cash would change all that,

macca...Not exctly sure how they arrived at the -1.7m. It was out before any real indications on 3rd party idvd sales/income. I presume they simply zeroed the Disney contract and added in a load of intangible write off's and a markdown on iDVD's, but certainly the idvd income looks poor and Disney has gone from contractual to pay if they bother to use, not healthy. But as always with ZOO its a lot of guesswork until they put out some figures....so not a lot to say.
