i know other people that he personally lied to as well, my hope is we all get together on this one.

what ian did was very wrong and no managment should be ringing share holders up telling them it WILL be a pound a share

yes not disputing whether or not detail here is inside or not - but it looks like this guy has over-stepped the mark with regard to his 'relationship' with cash.
I am not sure - but would not be surprised that he potentially did disclose information not in the public domain to cash (whether or not he intended to do is another matter - because he sounds inexperienced - however it is not intention we are interested in anyway) - however that is for cash to prove.
Cash - you will only get one chance at this - therefore really get yourself sorted out as to exactly how you want to present this - including all e mailed 'information' - if you get too personally involved in this dissemination of facts you will not get as far as you would like I am sure.

Cash no one lied to me mate, like most folks on here we all got carried away with the hype. The product is still a good one and has been bought by Hollywood studios which was really the be all and end all of our expectation at the time. For all we know it could still be a winner big style. I hope so for the people relying on it for their liveliehood.

Keep digging your grave youre doing a grand job.

Cash I feel for you and your loss. In fact most of us SH have lost on this share. The problem is if you have had a close relationship with Ian and bought shares on information he gave you which was not in public domain, then you could have broken the law as an insider. The thing is you should never trust anyone to the extent you have.

The problem as I see it is that you followed the advise Ian in the hope of making a killing. If he is as corrupt as you make out I hope he get's it in the neck. However I have found that many managers believe in their product without reservation and expect deals that never materialise. I expect with Ian it may have been a bit of both.

However whatever happens I wish you all the best. My only advise is that it's only money and not worth making yourself ill over it. Remember we come into this world with nothing and leave with nothing.

Couldn't agree more opmoc. I also believe the government are considering introducing a tax on runners because they emit more CO2. Apparently they will be fitted with a tag like petty criminals and tracked by satellite when they start running, their speed will be monitored and they will be charged by the mile. The same system will be used for a toilet tax too. Every toilet will be fitted with a microchip and when you sit down it transmits a signal to a satellite, everyone will have a unique code and it will monitor your weight loss. As I understand it you be taxed per kilo of deposit. It's similar to the rubbish bin tax idea.

Well, on my own personal experience Guinness should also be liable to a fart tax, particularly when consumed with a strong curry.
