had a thought, we are assuming shareholders will actually vote thru the sale of the travel business to kumar - what if they dont ?

In reality this has dropped on very low volume. Won't take too much to get this reversing.

Great value , IF the sale goes through and If Eygpt is/has cost the company a few million to sort out.!

Market cap is wrong on ADVFN [as per the norm.!!]

Seller from the 1.5p placing may be dumping, for months.

That said the only time to buy is on days like today when they are cheap.

Well, I guess the sale of the travel business has caused the fall although the reasons for doing so, on the face of it, appear valid. Mind you, I am always a little wary when business parts are flogged off to directors/ex directors.

Well, this is interesting. I guess the trick is to see if this falls further and catch wherever the bottom is. Not easy.

because in 2009 they did 1.7m of profit on c 20m of sales. So he's said an average over last two years of 1m. Events is a late cycle business, so hit the bottom 2 yrs after the credit crisis, and according to their latest business update, business has started to accelerate as you would expect after hitting a bottom last year. so don't take 700k as earnings going forward for ever

yes it is very depressing in the short term but I remain convinced there is great value here..anyone guess post disposal if there will be any cash balance..??

Last low was around .925p so we will see if any support .
