maybe its not the travel side that is being sold , but the profitable events , and maybe to an influential board member . Very confused . Think there might be some unhappy shareholders , but doesnt seem to be a concern .

Can only repeat what I was told on telephone when I spoke to company secs office Friday pm .
Can you tell me when we can expect a circular or rns convening a meeting or updating shareholders .
Answer ,. We expect to issue something Tuesday or Wednesday next week .

Dont shoot the messenger if it doesnt happen ,and no indication if positive or negative outcome .

Completely agree with you guys. Something is clearly up, because the announcement was pretty clear on how they planned to proceed, and it has clearly hit some stumbling blocks. I'm hoping that the reason for this is that the larger institutional shareholders - Goldman Sachs, Foretlus, Credit Agricole - think that they are getting stiffed by the insiders on this deal and have stepped in to vote against it...

Because let's be honest - if Raj Kumar is so convinced he can turn a loss-making travel co into a profitable one (£1m is a reasonable amount to him) then as a member of the board he should be trying to do that on behalf of all shareholders, not picking up the asset on the cheap, thus benefitting himself at the expense of all other shareholders.

I have enough shares already, but braver folk than me would be buying here - there is clearly lots of value in the business, and if all shareholders thought 1m was a good deal for the travel business this would be a done deal by now. The good news is underneath this noise there is a nicely profitable events business to give further support to the share...Good luck to my fellow longsuffering shareholders!

Should not take over a month to issue a circular to convene a meeting -if the content was thrashed out before as implied in last rns .
Maybe[no further due diligence is needed ] was a rash statement to make so early in the negotiations .

reckon the sale has hit the buffers HD ? i know it was loss making (travel side) but selling £30/40 million in revs for £1 million does look an OK deal (for the buyer) if can strip out some more cost ? Qu. is , assuming this might be the case, where does it leave us ?? Hhmmmmm. The duration of the silence suggests something is up 4 sure.

maybe some news soon . Nice to see a "Buy" going through earlier after almost three weeks of selling activity . Not sure the much discussed £800K loan will be fully reflected on balance sheet after proposed sale , anyway sure we shall see as soon as the Directors decide .
