Delisting isnt the end of the world though,matched bargains are still available .

Not in this stock but if the market cap is 900k today, and have 5 years or your side might be a great stock to own.

It will not be listed , however the company needs 90% of the shares to get the last 10% of shareholders out.

Even then you will be offered something for them.

They are more or less indicating that Options will take the company over after a reasonable period and the dust settles .
Everybody gets what they planned for except the pi,s as usual .
Heh , so what ,if I get out at anything approaching 1p I will have a good result .

guys, this is gonna de-list soon UNLESS voted against - are u saying they wont get sufficient votes to allow the de-list ? that's now the gamble.
this is imv an outrageous development for shareholders to have to contend with post the RNS b4 last which laid the game plan down pretty clearly.

disappointing I agree, but no point giving value away, might top up given the comments on Events, trading in line and they talk of selling that business as well,don't just give them away..!!

I would guess not all. Folks presumably can sell before the delisting and afterwards - although it will be harder.

Dont think there will be any announcement until next week . Amazing the only info that is updated on the shareholders website is the ever decreasing share value , Directors listing , despite departures , remain unchanged which must really thrill Andrew Neil ! Keeping shareholders informed obviously not important . Guessing on this but next week might see an about-face on intentions and yet more high level Director changes .

sobers, where did u get that from ? they couldnt do that in view of the last RNS which was pretty clear no ? One thing is for sure, news is long overdue.
