24/3/2011 18:09 | The rival travel agent, QANTAS (who is on maternity leave) is deramping again. Perhaps a good sign. She is probably right that there is little value left. But who knows what could happen over the next few weeks? A possible candidate for a small punt. DYOR | loverat
24/3/2011 16:28 | So sorry there is not a chance these are dead in the water. | qantas
24/3/2011 13:24 | Does anyone reckon these will bounce back next week? | ukmassy
24/3/2011 13:09 | Good to see a bit of blue, after so much red. | double6
24/3/2011 10:41 | Can sell my entire holding. MM's must need shares! | ukmassy
24/3/2011 08:49 | I will second that Mister MD. We are a funny colour this am [a kind of blue??] | h d shoring
24/3/2011 08:49 | Sorry Double post | h d shoring
24/3/2011 08:28 | will keep my holding in WEST (even added some yesterday) at these levels its ridiculously cheap and I'm not going to be scared off by the delisting - | mister md
24/3/2011 03:11 | Insensitive comments from Coventry , wonder if brilliant would be her choice of words in a few months , Pavlos has a large and capable family ! Interesting thoughts on the circular 22 March company website posting , basically indicating if the sale of travel did not go through , shareholders would have the option of stumping up more cash to keep the company afloat or see it go under . Blunt but probably quite accurate . Rather focuses the attention . | sobers
23/3/2011 16:22 | There's been lots of sells today. I agree with loverat, that these will be up and down like a yo yo until the vote. | ukmassy
23/3/2011 15:55 | This time last week these were 0.7p. Now folks are being shaken out at .1p. Not saying shareholders will not get shafted by a bunch of shysters but I reckon there might be a few movements in share price over the next week or so | loverat
23/3/2011 15:12 | Yes I saw the word brilliant, felt like a kick in the teeth....I am probably still too optimistic because I can see a decent return on a multi year basis.. | chrisdgb
23/3/2011 14:41 | "W&O Events managing director Sallie Coventry said: "This is brilliant news for us as an agency. We are stripping out unnecessary overheads and the whole team, including the board of the PLC, will concentrate on delivering outstanding events and growing the business." Not so 'brilliant' for investors though | mister md
23/3/2011 14:24 | I think we might have a little rise just before delisting. MM's are shafting on the sells though. Can't sell any and when you ring a broker, they are offering way below the bid. | ukmassy
23/3/2011 14:21 | from 20p to 0.16 p in 4 years is quite an achievement, even by AIM standards !! | mister md
23/3/2011 07:54 | Will do double6. | loverat
23/3/2011 06:40 | Has anyone got an idea of the percentage held by big shareholders and the percentage which is in the hands of Joe Public? (i.e us) I saw a case recently where a motion was voted down (against the odds) when shareholders acted together to protect their interests. I suppose if there was a chance the vote might not go through, they might be more likely to take forward the PLUS idea. | loverat
22/3/2011 23:27 | In terms of listing costs PLUS is very manageable. Here is a list of the costs involved and should, maybe, be forwarded to the concerned parties to at least consider | ucnut
22/3/2011 23:04 | lets sack howells..then u and me(pav and kumar) join the board..chuck em all out and I can have events and u can have travel and we will leave shareholders with nothing and once we delist we can do as we please...haha!! cant believe we got away with that one...lucky we drove andrew neill mad enough that he left as well so NOONE to stop us !! wow ...lucky us AIM let us do as we please..we now own 2 businesses for next to nothing!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE | patviera
22/3/2011 20:44 | plus aint matched bargains and will have costs - something they say they want to avoid ; have learnt a hard lesson here and have been screwed royally - i never saw this eventuality coming have to say. moving on. | value viper
22/3/2011 20:35 | Qantas / Loverat. Try emailing them. See what you get back! No reason for me to disclose what Pav had to say - thus I'm not putting down anything that could be considered a ramp. Basically ask if they may consider trading the shares on PLUS, to give current shareholders some value. If you don't try emailing them, you don't find out his comments. | double6
22/3/2011 18:18 | I'd put a small punt on at Ladbrooks to say he is lying and you are shorting. | loverat
22/3/2011 17:15 | Dear double6 why the tease? | qantas |
