500k included in H1 so looks like sales have plunged in H1 although they have increased costs. Surely they should be cutting some costs here to reflect the outlook. We should know in 3 or 4 months if Itrack is going to live up to expectations and start delivering millions of usd worth of sales.

No estimate of future revenues from GE. Anyone know how big this is likely to be ?
is the $500k + $250K just the start of a significant ongoing income stream ? Perhaps someone can dig a bit deeper at meeting today ?
What else is big in the pipeline ?

Incteased operating costs on what looks like stagnant sales excluding license revenue. Is 500k usd included in the meagre turnover of 1.04m in H1. I hope not. Ic it is then it would be very poor. If not then not too bad.

I should think an announcement re Siemens or GE would certainly lead to"a substantial movement in the price" !
I get the feeling tomorrow will be more "steady as she goes" and probably a positve view of the next six months.

Parts 10 & 11 on page 5 don't explicitly call for the notification of deals, immediately or otherwise.

...just "new developments which are not public knowledge concerning a change in:

♦ its sphere of activity;
♦ the performance of its business; or
♦ its expectation of its performance,
which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a substantial movement in the price of its AIM securities."
...fairly random IMHO!

True in theory, but in practice companies frequently forecast deals with results or TAs.

Perhaps they are able to do this by delaying the formal signing of a deal?

Results are due out tomorrow as stated in the RNS issued 28/02/17.
Somebody on 'iii' think's an announcement of an agreement with Siemens might be forth coming:-

Well,it`s all further evidence the market is rigged in favour of the city.
Trades are hidden,withheld,delayed,the mm`s refuse to sell whenever they wish and refuse to buy to the extent of even not answering the phone( as at the time of the banking crisis).
If any of us ever make a profit,it will be a bloody miracle.
Someone said a while ago that the biggest crime hot spot in the country was the City,too bloody right.
Never was and never will be a level playing field!

Been plenty of hints of activity on the 'itrack' side on 'twitter'.
Also TRT did say they expected sales to occur in the second half of the year.
We have been told GE are expected to conclude testing around now and that indications are positive.
Activity is occurring with the un-named OEM and perhaps the nature of that relationship and what it means for us may emerge at some point.
Ever hopeful the future is brightening..

It is almost impossible to buy stock even at the full offer. I have had an order in (not that large) since yesterday morning and only filled 20% so far.

tried to sell 20000 couldnt, would let me do 10000 if i wanted to.

MM'S appear a little short this morning.
Online will take 25k at 93.11 but no automatic quote on even 1k at 100p.
