Never mind, at least the Institutional Investors will be able to participate in the next raising now that the stock's been consolidated. ;-)

diesel,

I admire your optimism but I fear you are clutching at straws.

The current regime have been unable to successfully implement their business plan after several years of trying and it feels like we are banging our heads against a brick wall.

Where's the next piece of news to encourage buyers? The newsflow is practically non-existant and I believe that the current regime are well intentioned but out of their depth.

I've been a holder for over 8 years. I've given up and sold out today. GL holders.

Edit: not entirely true I've still got 1,000 left that I can not sell while asking 84p. Jeezzzz.

i fear that you are right rayrac, time for a clear out at the top, starting with the Chairman who shows how much confidence he has in the company through his shareholding........

Don't let the ahare price movement influence what you read too much. You should bear in mind that if TRT have set up a 24/7 control room in Chile it is probably for a good reason such as there is a demand for the service.

We know that Otraco has been doing great work in extracting all the potential from the original iTrack and the new tricks will help to make it even more useful. And presumably there is experienced manpower who understand it well that we are using.

We also have the re-order situation as AFAIR the sensor battery pack in the wheel is good for 6 months so the repeat business for that will be increasing. The other thing is what mines? I suspect if the response has been good they will be looking after the majors who run big fleets. You will also note that they are looking at other channels who presumably at the right price could service areas which TRT would takes ages to reach.

Regarding the comment that miners should have been looking at this in the downturn. Well they did didn't they and that is why we are in with some majors now. And the gradual acceptance now seems to have been rewarded with a much wider knowledge and acceptance in the mining world.

" In the period since launch, the level of customer engagement has exceeded our early expectations, as a broad range of mine owners, operators and service providers have opted to explore the additional benefits the updated system provides. In order to meet this increase in demand for further information and trials, additional personnel have been taken on in Chile and North America. We are also in the process of evaluating potential local channel partners in a number of territories."

I think if the orders for itrack dont start rolling in within the next 6 months we can fotget it.

I found the interims a bit disappointing. At least the GE license is confirmed, but we are warned that royalties are 'several years' away. The lack of growth at iProbe is also disappointing, though not all that significant.

iTrack is the short term hope. 12 trials in progress, so if the product is as good as we believe, we should at least get enough conversions to keep us afloat. Based on experience with the first round of iTrack, and based on the fact that TRT don't feel confident to give us any guidance, I expect it will be a year or more before the orders come in. We have enough money to last until they do, assuming they do, and enough to fund the expected short term capital cost of meeting the orders. If they don't come in, I'm not wildly confident that the other ventures will become significant earners before we run out of cash.

I'll hold & hope as usual.

The worry with itrack is that it has been adopted on a small scale and sales are on a downtrend at a time when the market was ideal. Graham S. has said on more than one occassion that the mining sector was in cost saving mode during downturn so should have been perfect time to sell the product. So why have sales gone down.

As to amt and demanding a contribution I imagine taking trucks off the road to be fitted entails a considerable cost if it is not in scheduled downtime. However the odds on finding a truck with four tyres ready to be replaced would suggest that infact a specific programme is set-up.

Bear in mind that we arenot the only company that offers tyre monitoring and despite our wins we cannot perhaps be too bolshy. We also need to scale up to be able to cover the new orders and not have delays which lead to them going to a competitor.

As to GE and Siemens my feeling is that it is on machine monitoring for predictive maintenance and would probably be on the expensive or mission critical kit first because of the mark-up available. And give the huge range of machines I am not even going to try to get my head around what specific applications might be.

Auto is mentioned "We continue to develop potential applications in other sectors, most notably automotive, although commercialisation in these areas is not considered to be imminent. "

Overall the problem is that despite our techs working we are reliant on giants for implementation. The most complete product is the iTrack as it is pretty much fit and play and a very obvious payback time. I think that it is the jewel in the crown.

The Iprobe whilst complete has the problem that the adoption [production] of the RFID tyre has only now 2016/17 become pretty standard. Hopefully as hauliers replace truck tyres the logic for having a probe that reads the tag will become more obvious. And there is competition also to consider.

Why would you want to buy at this juncture?

Management seem incapable of converting trials and tests into sales.

You can buy online @ 95p - but nothing doing if you want to sell. Looks like we are going down further.

Tedious update. This will be yet another year of cashburn with very little to show for it.IProbes are a dead duck by the looks of it and struggling to persuade itrack users to pay money for a system upgrade so early in the product life ... users will be thinking to themselves that they are paying Transense for doing their field testing & development.

Disappointing again. Obviously the GE news is encouraging but it's only for certain specific torque applications (I thought it was going to be wider than that and encompass other industrial applications) and revenues are years away.

I remain to be convinced that this board, for all their good intentions, are the right people to take the Company forward.

What I don't get is that SAW has been a core patent for 20 years and tests are still being conducted. Either it works or it doesn't. We should have an answer to that question by now.

Perhaps someone can express concern over free trials that dont seem to convert to sales. Anyone will do a free trial if its giving benefits and continue for ever with free trials. They need to ask for a contribution too show the client has at least some stake in the trial. They should be signing deals now but they imply they will not get any even in h2.
If the product is good enough the customer wil pay. They need to toughen up. What happened to sales on lease.

Slightly underwhelming results for me. The good news on GE overshadowed by the fact revenues not likely for several years.
Translogik not a surprise given our policy of "free trials" so next six months will tell.
Probes continue to disappoint. Personally,I can`t see this arm of the company ever getting serious traction but we can hope!
Siemens? May well be similar to GE regarding revenues so we seem to be back to slight concerns about cash flow again.

From the finals It is envisaged that customer trials will commence towards the end of 2016, and adoption by customers will arise by the early part of 2017. Meanwhile, revenues from the sale of tread depth probes are building momentum, although a major breakthrough in high volume
..
When is the early part of 2017?

Meanwhile I expect the share price is more likely to fall than rise .( Hopefully I'm wrong on that - am usually !)
