13/7/2017 10:56 | Surely they must be close to announcing a ''transformational acquisition'' soon, otherwise what was the point of raising £18million in February? Very disappointing recent share performance of late but still holding for better days ahead - hopefully! | cumbrian2
02/6/2017 12:20 | nhs reforms | sikhthetech
01/6/2017 15:28 | Tly pays initial tranche of deferred consideration for Optimum... Also reporting that the business has been performing 'strongly'... | sikhthetech
31/5/2017 14:54 | Indeed... with approx £17m cash and great outlook, they are looking cheap... Mcap is approx £26m... The forecasts for fy2017 are, as reported in the Mail... revenues £10.6m and profit (adjusted ebitda) £25k Hoping govn policies following the General Election don't adversely affect health and social care... | sikhthetech
31/5/2017 14:12 | Looking cheap here now so topped up with approx. 20k shares - seems to have had an effect so hopefully this is the bottom? Long term hold for me as I believe in the story and Bob Holt's ability to deliver it. | cumbrian2
27/5/2017 23:27 | I bought in on Friday. It is always pleasing to get in under a placing price which gives some cushion. There should be some acquisitions soon but a cash pile of £17m puts the company on a good footing. Previous acquisitions should be gaining traction. I expect in the run up to the results in mid June these will come in scope for investors and we should see some buying. My concern would be the margins on their contracts as some are lowly in value e.g 60K. However the company seems to be trying to get a foothold and cumulatively a lot of contracts worth 60k would underpin revenue substantially. Did I read in the reports that Bob Holt takes no money until he share price is £1? | mach100
27/5/2017 10:01 | You can blame me for the fall. I bought in at 56p a couple of weeks ago thinking the only way was up. Wrong again!! Hopefully only a blip and will recover fairly quickly. It looks a solid little company and I have confidence in Bob Holt. He has made me money in Mears, Inspired Energy and more recently the recovery at Lakehouse. I can't see him getting involved if he didn't think Totally was a winner. | edale
26/5/2017 12:48 | geraldus, it's been a month since the agm.. The Bod are confident of the outlook... They were looking at 4 suitable acquisitions, so we hopefully hear of their next acquisition soon... | sikhthetech
26/5/2017 09:56 | With about £18 million available for acqusitions and well off the 55p placing price this is looking interesting.Big Bob Holt took a load more at that price. - DYOR. | geraldus
26/4/2017 11:45 | Nobby, Agree, further acquisitions should increase the revenue expectations.. We should hear about the next acquisition soon... The current mcap is around 2x cash... | sikhthetech
26/4/2017 07:17 | So to look at it another way TLY are trading at around one times 2018 earnings if you take out the cash! If the cash is used for earnings enhancing acquisitions that looks very cheap! Nobby | nobbygnome
26/4/2017 07:06 | Thanks stt Of course that revenue is based on the business at present. We know that further acquisitions are coming which should increase those figures substantially certainly for 2018. And they already have the money in the bank for those purchases...... I am very content with the way this is shaping up. Keep up the good work Bob! Nobby | nobbygnome
25/4/2017 14:02 | The Stow health contract...Feb 2017 "Under the Contract Totally Health will provide training to NHS General Practitioners ("GPs") at Stowhealth to better detect atrial fibrillation ("AF"), a heart condition in patients, as well as implement a clinical health coaching programme to help patients with AF manage their condition and reduce the risk of stroke." | sikhthetech
25/4/2017 13:58 | Porky was right.... The referral for the Stow Health contract came from Bayer... Porky8 - 04 Mar 2017 - 13:41:42 - 1403 of 1479 Totally Health - 2014 onwards - TLY Sikhthetech Did you notice ....... Sponsors of the Stowhealth contract ..... Bayer AG | sikhthetech
25/4/2017 11:02 | The 35,000 Coaching sessions mentioned in the Sunday Mail article is total number of sessions since TLY started Health Coaching. | sikhthetech
24/4/2017 20:04 | The revenue and profit expectation in the Mail on Sunday...I'll put them in the header... Revenue Profit fy2017 £10.6m £25k fy2018 £14m £1.5m | sikhthetech
24/4/2017 11:21 | Let's hope we get acquisition news soon... according to the DM article, TLY are expected to make a couple of acquisitions this year... | sikhthetech
24/4/2017 09:01 | I am surprised the price hasn't gone up more on the level of buying. Remember only about 10% of the shares are not in the hands of big holders so effectively about 5% of the free float has been bought this morning. I wonder if we will get an AGM release later which may give further impetus. Nobby | nobbygnome
23/4/2017 21:23 | The Mail on Sunday ..... Has a readership ....... Circa 1.5 million ..... AGM Tomorrow......... Timing.........I smell news ...... | porky8
23/4/2017 21:10 | This is what social care needs from the green paper to avert a crisis We'll have to wait for the results of the General Election to see who comes into power to see what their plans are for Social Care and the NHS... | sikhthetech
23/4/2017 20:53 | Porky, thanks... good article highlighting what Tly do and the current status.. When they started D2C, the plan was to recruit 10,000 patients in the 1st year... with about 2 months to go, it'll be interesting to see how many they have recruited.. The 35,000 coaching sessions, in about a year, is very impressive... | sikhthetech
23/4/2017 20:31 | Thanks Porky. I think we may get a good rise tomorrow morning.... In the end sadly I can't make the AGM tomorrow. Even for me occasionally work gets in the way of my investing 😜 Nobby | nobbygnome
23/4/2017 19:24 | Sikhthetech Good coverage in the Mail . | porky8
19/4/2017 21:57 | I'll decide over the weekend... | sikhthetech
19/4/2017 15:47 | Anyone going to the AGM on Monday? I am contemplating going along as this is one of my biggest holdings now. Nobby | nobbygnome |
