Surely they must be close to announcing a ''transformational acquisition'' soon, otherwise what was the point of raising £18million in February? Very disappointing recent share performance of late but still holding for better days ahead - hopefully!

Indeed... with approx £17m cash and great outlook, they are looking cheap...
Mcap is approx £26m...

The forecasts for fy2017 are, as reported in the Mail...
revenues £10.6m and profit (adjusted ebitda) £25k

Hoping govn policies following the General Election don't adversely affect health and social care...

Looking cheap here now so topped up with approx. 20k shares - seems to have had an effect so hopefully this is the bottom? Long term hold for me as I believe in the story and Bob Holt's ability to deliver it.

I bought in on Friday. It is always pleasing to get in under a placing price which gives some cushion. There should be some acquisitions soon but a cash pile of £17m puts the company on a good footing. Previous acquisitions should be gaining traction. I expect in the run up to the results in mid June these will come in scope for investors and we should see some buying. My concern would be the margins on their contracts as some are lowly in value e.g 60K. However the company seems to be trying to get a foothold and cumulatively a lot of contracts worth 60k would underpin revenue substantially. Did I read in the reports that Bob Holt takes no money until he share price is £1?

You can blame me for the fall. I bought in at 56p a couple of weeks ago thinking the only way was up. Wrong again!! Hopefully only a blip and will recover fairly quickly. It looks a solid little company and I have confidence in Bob Holt. He has made me money in Mears, Inspired Energy and more recently the recovery at Lakehouse. I can't see him getting involved if he didn't think Totally was a winner.

With about £18 million available for acqusitions and well off the 55p placing price this is looking interesting.Big Bob Holt took a load more at that price. - DYOR.

We should hear about the next acquisition soon...

The current mcap is around 2x cash...

So to look at it another way TLY are trading at around one times 2018 earnings if you take out the cash! If the cash is used for earnings enhancing acquisitions that looks very cheap!

Thanks stt

Of course that revenue is based on the business at present. We know that further acquisitions are coming which should increase those figures substantially certainly for 2018. And they already have the money in the bank for those purchases......

I am very content with the way this is shaping up. Keep up the good work Bob!

I am surprised the price hasn't gone up more on the level of buying. Remember only about 10% of the shares are not in the hands of big holders so effectively about 5% of the free float has been bought this morning.

I wonder if we will get an AGM release later which may give further impetus.

This is what social care needs from the green paper to avert a crisis

We'll have to wait for the results of the General Election to see who comes into power to see what their plans are for Social Care and the NHS...

Porky,
thanks... good article highlighting what Tly do and the current status..

When they started D2C, the plan was to recruit 10,000 patients in the 1st year... with about 2 months to go, it'll be interesting to see how many they have recruited..
The 35,000 coaching sessions, in about a year, is very impressive...
