A note to anyone perhaps reading this board with a mind to invest or has been contacted by a broker offering shares. Please do not contemplate investing in this company. It has no value and has wasted tens of millions of pounds of previous and current investors' monies and delivered nothing but despair and anger. Your money will be lost the day you entrust it to this scandalously corrupted vessel of a company. It exists only to take your wealth and has no intent nor ability to create any value. All the people who tell you otherwise on this board or elsewhere, are those who had the misfortune to be suckering in and have only desperate voices left to bear testimony to there losses.

Please tell me that your CEO did not actually say that he reads this BB whilst sat on the bog? Surely he did not. Even if he does, for the CEO of a publicly listed company to have the lack of self awareness and crudeness of articulation whilst representing the company that he leads, is shocking. What a crude shambles of a man. Ask why he is paid the salary he is. It is not for his acumen or experience, but for his shameless willingness to front this charade and knowingly fleece money from those who cannot afford to lose it. That is the man you all think is going to save you. He is a hollow soul that sold out years ago. Zero integrity and a lout to boot!

JP can beleive all he wants, so far he has been wrong all the way from April when he expected the finance to be done. If he keeps on beleiving what Byle etc are telling him then he is doing no wrong, right?

I am still 70% we are going to get screwed over. We are in the final month so lets see.

However , its a free pass.

They have no business , so there cannot be a material adverse change.
The financial position , is basket case , dependent on raising funds through new equity and diluting current shareholders, with no material source of income , massive potential liabilities , $16.25m ,$1m loan and $100k 's in rolled up charges and interest.
How can that get materially worse ?

Hi Bungee .. I currently still believe that John Potter believes that TOMco will achieve its objectives. We must remember there are a lot of things out of his control re timings.

Does he know for certain that Valkor or whoever will sign the deal? He might think
everything will get signed off .. But it might not be.

Every time this spikes the rampers come out to play, then more dilution and share price collapse.
The gamblers , thank the rampers for pointing out fantasy numbers , but do they sell on the spikes like
rmart does ?

Or do they just hold on to the ever dwindling % of a company that has lost a fortune and still (years after I called them out for it ) has no business and instead has spiralling losses ?

If investors are unable to trust what the Board says, tell us how Novum can rely on the information put to it by same bods?

Novum has entered into an agreement with TomCo (the "Placing Agreement") under which, subject to the conditions set out therein, Novum has been instructed by TomCo to assume the duties of placing agent to target subscribers for the Placing Shares. The Placing Agreement includes customary provisions including that the Placing Agreement can be terminated, inter alia, if (i) there is a breach of any material warranty, or any of the other obligations on the Company which is material in the context of the Placing, and (ii) in the reasonable opinion of Novum there has occurred a material adverse change in the business of or the financial or trading position of the Company, or (iii) the name or reputation of Novum is likely to be prejudiced if it continues to act as placing agent.

I assume the above [from the placing rns] means that those taking part in the placing were given information as to what the deal with TOMco is. If that info turns out to be wrong then TOMco has to return the placing money.
