Hi Tony .. The reason the share price is where it is is because JP keeps going to the market for yet another placing. Let's hope this latest one at 0.35p is the last.

JP is either in Utah or UK .. Probably Utah as you hint.

I think less people are using Adv f n, I had a 3 month rest from posting and didn't miss it.

I really don't understand why anyone would post if they don't own shares. What on earth is the point?

Posting anti - TOMco posts is probably more likely to keep people holding. Complete silence from everyone would more likely see us sell up.

It wouldn't surprise me if a lot is going on TOMco has a lot of potential BUT
JP needs to get the funding over the line. DF

AIM Rule 15 – any disposal which exceeds 75% in any of the class tests is deemed to be a disposal resulting in a "fundamental change of business".

Of course they could agree to 74% of greenfield changing hands and then there is no need for a GM. The funders could then take a stake in TOM?

one scenario that is currently under active consideration would involve TomCo disposing of a majority stake in Greenfield to a partner(s) in return for, inter alia, certain upfront cash consideration, a continuing equity participation for TomCo in Greenfield without the requirement for further capital contributions from TomCo and the provision of a sizeable funding package to Greenfield. It is the intention of TomCo that any funding package provided to Greenfield would enable the construction of two oil sands separation plants capable of processing at least 6,000 tonnes per day of oil sands, along with at least 14 in-situ oil recovery wells. Any such proposed disposal would likely constitute a fundamental disposal pursuant to the provisions of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies and therefore be subject, inter alia, to the approval of TomCo's shareholders at a duly convened general meeting.

If we need a GM they need to give 14 days notice. An rns today would make that the 30th Dec. Deadline for the TSH2 land deal is 31st Dec.

Yes it maybe extendable but seriously JP has been saying funding is coming since April!

I accept there may be a change in the deal which means no GM required but if so why have they not told us anything .... AGAIN.

Just a small point Reichy but if you had not eviscerated sensible comments on your thread your followers might have been ahead of the game. The Board of TOM knows its shareholders and shareholders have been unnecessarily shafted.

Just guessing that the odd smaller investor will sell out in the coming days. This will only affect the price if the blotting paper does not absorb the free stock.

The next question is when they buy the next three months between now and 31 Dec, where will the share price level out? 0.0015p?
