We have had faith for soooo many years ! It’s wearing thin.

One of 2 things will happen here, either JP pulls it off and gets the deal, or he will be just another leader of Tom to bite the dust. Then we start all over again.

I hope he does it, I’ve now gone 80/20 against. It too near the deadline (again).

Have faith, just prepare for the majority of Greenfield to be given up as part of the deal, but funding for two highly profitable plants, not necessarily CORT.

rmart back in , that was obvious he does not bother until it hits his buy price.

good luck to him , it takes all sorts to make a market.

As for DF - why have they not announced one way or the other - its the game.
Look , its been going for years on narrative alone.
No business , no sales , massive losses.
If that can be achieved with if, buts and maybes (and caveats that nothing might happen) why stop it.

This game can carry on for another decade as long as all the interested parties are willing.

Obviously some of the previous directors did not want to be part of it - so they left with big pay-offs
what did they know ?
What have they agreed not to say ?

I don't really understand the delay. Either the funder will fund our venture or they will not. Surely it's simple.

I do see our success / failure as a coin toss.

With the recent placing what were those taking part told? I assume it must have been very positive hence the "mislead" statement with the RNS.

Well done rmart. You clearly got your trade right again. I also appreciate your honesty.

During my 3 months absence I considered selling, if I had I would not have bought back.

DAMAC and Little remain positive and no doubt DAMAC will advise investors of JP’s plan.

From the last announcement.

Any such proposed disposal would likely constitute a fundamental disposal pursuant to the provisions of Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies and therefore be subject, inter alia, to the approval of TomCo's shareholders at a duly convened general meeting.

If they are to get this done before the 31st deadline to buy the remaining 90% of TSHII then they need to annouce the GM this week or they are not going to make it. They need to give 14 days notice. so notice on thursday would mean the meeting on the 23rd Dec which is a Friday.

I AM NOT CONFIDENT.

Fenners you have been watching the same scams as me for sometime.

There are two commitments now between the business and the starting line for an incredible (in the strictest sense) investment. 90% of TSII and the $1m owed to Valkor.

The aim is to run all the three into one and the one has route a and b. Route a is the drilling route. Sounds more attractive than b, but they are a one man band, they have no balance sheet, the application of the technology is uncertain and the IP is not theirs. Route b is worse because the technology is still conceptual.

Either way the incredible investment is not going to happen.

This means that TOM, having strung it out a few months into 2023, are left with writing off the 10% deposit and crossing their fingers on Valkor (not that the key terms of the loan have been revealed). In my view (and it is on the balance of probabilities) even TOM's shareholders will work out that they have been shafted and that it is the end game.

Could be wrong of course!

Why is that two chartered accountants on the board are prepared, seemingly, to wreck their professional qualification and reputations to pursue JP's journey to nowhere, all for very paltry remuneration or ....?

TD - look at the cumulative losses on the balance sheet, this company is so experienced at milking shareholders for so long , do you really think they are going to pack it in , in 2023 just because they have no business?

Didn't they already prep plan Z when they announced the acquisition of the part they did not own of RF (or whatever it was) last year.. ?

They talk to PQE , who talk to Netoil , who talked to PET , who are sister co to CLON etc.
Sum of that knowledge is how to milk shareholders , whilst having no business, no turnover, no live projects, for decades. DECADES ,

It's never going to end , until the gamblers wake up , and they can't because maybe , this time, Switzerland are going to beat Portugal 6:1 and they have £1000 on it at 500 to 1 .....

mmm from what has been said previously by Vauch he would floor the price if he could sell. Not really much you can do when you are that exposed.

Roughly £132k bought/sold today. This probably means that existing share holders are still supporting the price by cleaning up the latest placing.

'Subject to' as ever management can probably string this one out until sometime in Q2 2023.

Vauch,
Respectfully can I ask, is the reason your still holding Tomco shares due to buying it at a considerably higher price and now your effectively stuck with them (facing a 99% loss) and gambling the 100/1 shot they gets funding?

A note to anyone perhaps reading this board with a mind to invest or has been contacted by a broker offering shares. Please do not contemplate investing in this company. It has no value and has wasted tens of millions of pounds of previous and current investors’ monies and delivered nothing but despair and anger. Your money will be lost the day you entrust it to this scandalously corrupted vessel of a company. It exists only to take your wealth and has no intent nor ability to create any value. All the people who tell you otherwise on this board or elsewhere, are those who had the misfortune to be suckering in and have only desperate voices left to bear testimony to their losses.

Just noticed that PQE managed to plummet to their lowest level 1.5c before clawing their way back to their lowest closing level....

A month or so on and no news release about their so called Brokered Placement

Months on and no news about Netoil spending $m's on their tech - read about Netoil and tell me you are not sceptical that would ever happen.....

All this and Valkor get 29% of TOM if TOM ever get around to funding a fantasy CORT plant ....

no of course they never will.

It was only so that Valkor could treat all dealings with TOM at arms length - otherwise they would have been on the hook as a joint venture partner.

Remember Valkor had PQE's CORT test plant for , a year or more without doing any work on it until TOM came along and paid them $1.5m ....

Why was that ?
