30/11/2022 16:04 | On another positive note [lol] .. is this the lowest our share price has ever been, ever? | ducky fuzz
30/11/2022 15:15 | My thoughts on the extension is it was used as leverage towards the funding this time around. I have seen this before with another co on AIM. | vauch
30/11/2022 15:14 | Clearly tomco haven't yet finalised the deal therefore cannot disclose it to shareholders. They have given us a peep inside the box today though. A free carry on a deal of this size is massive to holders here....we just need to hang onto a decent enough chunk of greenfield. | fenners96
30/11/2022 15:07 | People believe that those who participate in placings are the enemy. Granted some are but often they are supportive of the company. The people who took part in the £3.5m raise with the warrants attached will have been given the plan of action to entice them. I personally don't think it unreasonable, when the company is again asking for support, to offer these holders of warrants an extension at such a time that TOM could be about to crack the code. Without support in placings AIM is bust. Lets be honest, they are not getting something for nothing here, or stealing them. They are being offered shares 150% higher than they are today within 4 months. If Tom comes out with a free carry play including 2 plants and 14 wells with a 5-20% stake in Greenfield it will be a very tidy result I reckon! | fenners96
30/11/2022 15:02 | Thanks damac .. If there is to be a general meeting to approve this new method of funding then surely shareholders will be given all the [positive] reasons why they should vote in favour by rns. So why was this information not put out in today's rns? I bet a lot of lth's have sold today. | ducky fuzz
30/11/2022 14:55 | I can only assume, but look at it this way... As you rightly say, normal practise would have seen them expire. This extension has been driven by either those holding the warrants or by Tomco. If it was Tomco that was wanting the warrants to be extended, that can only mean one thing, Tomco want the £3.5m that would be generated by them being taken up. BUT...Tomco know that for those warrants to be taken up, sometime in the next 4 months, there must be significant news soon to drive the share price to such levels that warrant holders would like to take them up. The fact that they have only extend by 4 months can be viewed as a measure of confidence by the Tomco board that funding will soon be secured. If the extension of warrants was driven by the warrant holders demanding that they be extended, you have to ask why are they so desperate for them to be extended, and by such a relatively short duration? They must know that Tomco are on the verge of securing the funding and they don't want to miss out on the opportunity of cheap warrants. Either way, and especially considered with all the other pointers in the RNS, it smacks of confidence in the funding soon being secured. | damac
30/11/2022 14:55 | I suppose a positive slant on the 3 month extension of the warrants is that there must be the possibility of a share price rise to circa 1.5p [buying at 0.9p] in that time frame. Otherwise why bother. | ducky fuzz
30/11/2022 14:42 | Hi damac .. thanks. Can I ask why the warrants have been extended. It seems unfair. | ducky fuzz

30/11/2022 14:01 | How delusional can people get? I mean everyone make wrong calls, so be it, move on… how on earth can you feed the board for so long, 12/24months? It’s been way over a decade and the same faces still believe things on empty promises with no delivery… why don’t you give yourself pay in the back for not investing your last month bonus lol seriously? Wakey wakey time to drink a coffee. | lukeisbackontrack
