Golding can confirm this as he was also at the AGM

When at AGM they said they where looking at doing 2500 plants as feeding larger plants would be a problem as in moving so much feed stock.

I'm hoping with the now owned IP and new technology that it's far enough removed from CORT to avoid royalties to PQE.Not sure if we'd get away with that though.

Not CORT?

Anyway:

It is the intention of TomCo that any funding package provided to Greenfield would enable the construction of two oil sands separation plants capable of processing at least 6,000 tonnes per day of oil sands, along with at least 14 in-situ oil recovery wells.

And run by big funders and professional companies.

'Spreadex' RNS indicates another 29m shares in long positions. £29k hit for someone for every 0.1 p the share drops. £97k on ground zero.

The funding is for two plants, probably not CORT, so should be substantial. I would like suffient cash for going concern plus another lease to roll it out again. Repeat, repeat, repeat

A deal, as has been mentioned, completely changes the landscape here. Not least as it would change Tomco from a company doing endless placing to survive into an entity that is self sufficient. That in itself would warrant a re-rate imo. The rest is too vague to guess a share price, simply a deal that ensures survival and a near term route to revenues will see this do very well imo. Once (if) this deal is done tom have 9 (?) other leases of interest too.

"4 well approved just the funding to come"

I cannot disagree with that statement. It is 'just' the small matter of some high risk funding and it is not going to happen.

Does anyone have an opinion on what a free carry of 5% and $3 MIll cash would do
to our share price ?

Agree with all that Stuart but please oh please not 5%.

I know it would still be a lot of income for TOM but I feel that will be a give away after all the work done.

10% would be acceptable
15% superb
20% incredible

But not 5%.

Ducky, t'was my buy. I was miffed at the placing but the prospect of selling a majority in GF is an intriguing and the correct option. Imo. Having serious money running the show will speed up the revenue creation, 5-10-15-20%, it's potential a very large pot of cash! Also if somebody does commit to funding this then the risks are clearly vastly reduced. I expect it to conclude one way or the other before the sands of time run out. Cue the accusations and mud slinging.....

Yeh man me too but if someone's says we'll run and fund the lot and give you x million up front. 5% free carry is still a cracking result here. From 6m mc,
