It’s a shambles, it reeks of a lifestyle company, it’s one to avoid

As I speculated earlier as to what they need £925k for - factor in $250,000 to extend their "exclusive option"
that's about what they were charged every month on just the 10% deposit option....

Then there are directors' bonuses
or setting aside some funds in case yet another Director resigns....

Could be worse I could have invested in a computer game company. Mario Karts anyone? DB stole your money!

You should maybe leave the grown ups alone here.

Again, what has been achieved except more debt and share dilution?

Hi again dan,

The average salary last year on AIM for CEOs was I believe around £340,000. On that basis ours is decent value. He spends a lot of time over in the US away from his family, fully committed to his job I'm told.

In the last 12 months they have done a lot of work with regard to permitting, legislation, planning for the upcoming drilling campaign. Also these negotiations over funding are incredibly time consuming and expensive, lawyers etc. Especially now we are told they are negotiating with partners. Multiple companies equals unavoidable extended timescale unfortunately. Annoying isn't it?

Hope you are enjoying the soccer.

By bills you mean large wages?

And what for? What have the achieved in the last 12 months other than creating more debt and more shares?

A nice little hint that our new poster is from over the pond. Maybe Utah?

Yes Danmart, its general paying of the bills, most businesses have them. Not many get away with paying them with thin air.

Hope that helps with your question. I'm a firm believer in the sharing of knowledge.

Anything other basic questions you have be sure to ping them over and I'll do my best to assist.

Stay safe, stay kind.

Wow

What an RNS

The last raise before they shut the shop?

Also what the hell is the raise for? To pay the board? What for? What have they achieved?

Lopopod,

Its just that you told us Malcolm was useless as a chairman and pointed us to Harland to back up your point. They then announced a billion pound contract and the share price rose 400%. You've not really mentioned it since.

Is he ok now?

thanks in advance Mucka.

Fully commercial or commercial its the same thing . It's either commercial or it isn't and its their reason for Needing to raise $18m

despite TOM spending $1.5m on it already.

In other words it's further away now than it was 2 years ago

NOT commercial.

I wonder if Proactive will do an interview with JP soon? That would help flesh things out a little bit more.

Even if you include the 388 million warrants (if exercised) plus today's 264 million placing shares (i.e. 2.63 billion total in issue), then fenners (can't get used to that new avatar!) above calculations (conservative imho), with improved production costs (as suggested by damac) suggests a share price to me of at least 5p per share if we only retain 10% of Greenfield (conservative PE ratio of 8).

A 15 x bagger from here would'nt be too shabby for sitting back with a free carry. I think the penny is beginning to drop, given the buy volumes today (80m). At this churn rate the overhang should be cleared sometime next week hopefully.

damac, are my calculations in the right ball park? :)
