The Company is delighted to announce the appointment to the Board of Stephen
Rushworth Smith, 54, as Finance Director.  Mr Smith is a Chartered Management
Accountant and fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.  Following 22
years at The Rank Organisation, the last six years being as Group Treasurer, he
has held various senior financial positions including finance director roles for
a number of public and private companies.  The previous Finance Director,
Urvashi Parekh has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

experience that Steve Smith can bring to the Board in the areas of finance and
treasury management. Coupled with our recently announced revised banking

Stephen Smith was appointed as a director of the following companies in the
Texon International Group in 2004: Noxet Administration Services Limited, Texon
Group Limited, Texon Holdings Limited, Texon International Limited and USM
(Holdings) Limited. All these companies had administrative receivers or
liquidators appointed in 2005.

Stephen Smith was appointed as a director of the following companies in the
Buckingham International Group in 1992: Buckingham International Limited,
Buckingham Overseas Limited, Buckingham European Limited, Buckingham Portuguese
Holdings Limited, Buckingham Holdings (Netherlands) Limited, Buckingham Morlaix
Limited, Leisuretime (WWD) Limited and Country Care Homes Limited. All these
companies had administrative receivers appointed or were put into compulsory
liquidation between 1993 and 2003.

Stephen Smith was appointed as a director of the following companies in the
