this could have been a discussion point rather than an outright RNS that has caused carnage today, ie on their webiste they could have had a heading along the lines of "options to leave the tsx or lse, then this rns wouldnt have hit like a bombshell..

The downside should be limited given the arbitrage. I'd say most shares below 1p will be snapped up and sold on TSX by folk.

But no chance it will get much higher here on the London listing as most people holding ISA and SIPP will be exiting.

There will probably be a second wave of sales from folk who don't actively manage their shares on a day to day basis, so erazzel there should be plenty of opportunity to fill your boots yet, maybe today was a bit early.

Casual,
This BB has usually been better informed and interesting compared to Stockhouse, iii,
etc.
We have yet to see the outcome of the negotiations taking place between the Tethys, the lenders/potential lenders and other parties.
I am surprised by some who decided to sell up, purely on the grounds that TPL is being
taken off the LSE, a secondary listing venue.
There is still life in Tethys, although it is still in recovery mode !.
If my judgement of the new team's performance is misplaced, I take full responsibility
for that decision. It has nothing to do with friendship, support etc.
It is simply based on a relative risk/return projection and a time frame based on cash flow over a given period !.

It will be interesting to see how the tsx reacts this pm (ie will it follow or ignore the LSE sp?)

Casual,
Investing in Tethys has turned out to be a roller coaster with the trend mostly downwards until now. I have been in a few situations like this before and am determined to stick it until I hopefully see a move upwards.
As I see it, TPL,s main listing was at TSX not LSE.
Robson wanted an empire to promote his own interests !.
Let's wait and see what happens over the next few weeks.
This is not the time to panic !.
