Sadly I fear that you may well be right Casual - the question in my mind is would it now be better to await a 'take it private' buy out price or take what one can now...??? Bloody hell!!

Won't make any difference you will be able to trade online, same broker just on the TSX, currency change which will be automatically converted and of course their trading hours. Makes sense to have one listing but London is the mkt to be on against TSX imo!

Will get onto my broker later, don't think selling is a problem although it will cost more, exchange rate etc. But also mine are all held in an isa so I'm not sure what happens there.

I have what was once a large investment here, and I've held on for years in the hope of getting more than about 5% of it back, but I've been so disgusted by the story that for some time it's been in the bottom drawer and I haven't been playing close attention. I know I should do my own research etc, but if someone would be able to give a brief summary of where the company is so I (and others in my position) can make a quick judgment of whether to stay on or finally jump ship, it would be helpful and might even lead to further discussion. Does this company have good enough prospects now to justify holding on?
