Got a reply (perhaps Pete is checking the forum -- hello Pete!)

Basically:

1. There are currently no plans to issue an RNS to counter the Olisol press release, he made reference to the RNS earlier released which informed of the court case against Olisol in progress -- so I guess TPL's stance is that it's already been convered, i.e. Olisol is issuing erroneous press releases to damage TPL (Casual: this doesn't mean of course there can't be a grain of truth in the latest Olisol press release)

2. There will be an annual results RNS by end of the month

I thought this new bunch of Directors were keen on keeping us PI's informed when they first took over. Hopefully once this court case is over they will blab like a canary.

2016 results must be published by end of the month, AFAIK.

It should have info on what happened to Cayman loan which matured in January.

Thank you. Interesting to note that the big volumes occurred about a year ago; ie
April - May 16.
Is it possible that another surge occurs in April 17 ?.
I do hope so as that should give TPL Mgt a few more weeks to get its act together and
give us an update !.
