24/9/2015 09:41 | Still no mention of trading statement, got time to deal with sorting out board share options though, corporate governance anyone? | rll
22/9/2015 13:02 | This BODs need to take a long hard look at themselves, and see if they are up for the job. They are destroying any value that this company holds slowly but surely. | jaykaytee
22/9/2015 09:14 | I'm not sure if we'll want to see it, I think it's going from bad to worse. Senior management here is inept, putting it nicely | astjgroom
22/9/2015 08:27 | Isn't this stock long overdue a trading statement? | rll
04/8/2015 11:51 | Another Belter... They sack Mr Grout who has had his budget / focus and legs cut off and replaced by Mr Green Just brilliant what a great example of how to ruin a company, all the companies they buy and be so Miopic they just bump into one farce from the other. Useless Management | minuteman
15/7/2015 14:58 | I have heard from a good source re this company that moral is on the floor, management are inept, the MD wants nothing more that to take as much money as he can, procedures are floored, account handlers some of the worst in the industry. I'm gonna need a miracle to get my investment back | astjgroom
23/6/2015 16:20 | What a pile of ..... This company is | astjgroom
21/5/2015 17:03 | 200k profit!!!!What annoys me is the surprise of the headcounts when they but business'sThen a year later it's all about cutsAll these companies they have bought were decent before tangent screwed them upGreen has to go and get a good ceo in | minuteman
21/5/2015 15:04 | Indeed. This needs new leadership or the company will die | minuteman
20/5/2015 09:52 | Very poor results. Future outlook doesn't look any better. Management seem to have run out of ideas - just a glorified printer now. No innovation or creativity showing here! Overvalued even at this price. | jaykaytee
19/5/2015 17:44 | Family controlled business, even though a Plc, I agree he needs to go, but he won't if family don't want it... | astjgroom
17/3/2015 12:02 | Share price hardly budged from the lows. Does he see value at this price, or does he know there will be things in the pipeline which will positively affect the share price in the future. All guesswork i'm afraid. DYOR | jaykaytee
16/3/2015 17:52 | Hmmmm chairman buys 33m sharesI wonder who from | minuteman
11/2/2015 13:03 | At this price, they should buy back the stock heavily if no dividend is to be paid | minuteman
11/2/2015 13:00 | Thought so. He has got to resignHas to | minuteman
11/2/2015 09:46 | Well it's official. We have a bunch of idiots running the company. And we are to lose the "progressive dividend" to boot. | jaykaytee
26/1/2015 19:53 | So disappointed with management here. All we are now is basically a big printing company. With low barriers for entry. And only making a minute profit margin. | jaykaytee
13/1/2015 11:17 | The ceo needs to go in my opinionNo direction, no clear strategy, no focusKeeps buying great companies and when he's bored of his ball of wool buys another whilst running the previous into the floorBloody rubbish management | minuteman
09/1/2015 16:55 | We need some good news quick to stop this drifting any lower. | jaykaytee
15/12/2014 13:34 | One might be tempted to think this was on the cheap side now. circa 4% yield (though no increase is forecast). Admittedly, the company rather shot itself in the foot with those >9p share buybacks earlier in the year. But it's still not heavily geared and comes out well on Stockopedia rankings (all bar the momentum of course!). Qualifies for John Templeton's Bargains Screen (one of just 32 from the universe of European shares). Piotroski F score of 9 and 'Magic formula' score A+. What could possibly go wrong? | underhill
27/11/2014 07:55 | Looks like one in, one out with the institutions | minuteman |
