Posted at 07/3/2016 12:41 by dangersimpson2 Writtle have publicly announced they are out (barring the MBO failing to complete): |
Posted at 05/3/2016 09:30 by heaven Seen it before in the AIM market, share price run down by the management, then when the general market drops they offer to buy the company. Writtles can have mine for 4.5p if they change their mind. 2.25p was a bend over price for shareholders. |
Posted at 04/3/2016 16:26 by jaykaytee The BOD certainly weren't looking after the shareholders when they offered a mere 2.25p per share. They knew they were getting a bargain. The cynic in me wonders whether the business was deliberately run down so that the share price would plunge, and they could then take it private at its lowest...?Anyway so glad Writtles stepped in and made them pay a whole lot more for the co! Serves them right! Shame Writtles have now decided to make no further bid. |
Posted at 17/2/2016 16:21 by jaykaytee From this morning's update, I get the impression that TNG BOD don't want to play ball! So happy that we have had a counter bid. Screw this thieving board of directors I say! |
Posted at 12/2/2016 16:55 by rosso I have been a long suffering shareholder of Tangent Communications. The offer of 2.25p per share places a value on the business of £6.69m. This would appear to be an absurdly low valuation for a business with turnover of £26.25m. The bid value is also a third less than Tangent paid for Goodprint acquired 3 years ago.In the circumstances it is not surprising to see a higher bid of 2.75p per share from Writtle. The opportunistic bid from Michael Green and his nephews should be rejected and represents the kind of behaviour which gives the Aim market such a bad name. |
Posted at 10/2/2016 14:03 by battlebus2 Feel sorry for holders, held a year or so ago, out of interest did anyone manage to buy when the price was 1.4 mid,I did look but thought against after listening at Mello. |
Posted at 10/2/2016 09:04 by heaven Yet again. Share price driven lower by directors, only to be bought out by same directors. |
Posted at 24/11/2015 10:04 by jaykaytee Shocking set of results. But was kind of expected.Share Price continued to drop in the run up to results - seems like those in the know knew how poor these results were going to be. Management have got no idea of how to turn this around - no outlook and no light at the end of the tunnel. Could this visit 1p? |
Posted at 05/11/2015 12:51 by jaykaytee Results out in next two weeks. I expect them to be DIRE.Need a change in management Urgently. Will the share price drop even further I wonder? |
Posted at 17/3/2015 12:02 by jaykaytee Share price hardly budged from the lows.Does he see value at this price, or does he know there will be things in the pipeline which will positively affect the share price in the future. All guesswork i'm afraid. DYOR |
