27/4/2016 06:21 | Well that's the end of that with a couple of good lessons learnt1. Never trust the Greens wherever they may go2. Take your profit in these two bob companies when you have itGood luck all | minuteman
15/4/2016 12:04 | I got mine a while back - did you tell your broker to accept the offer? I don't think it's gone unconditional so needs your acceptance to get the cash. | dangersimpson2
15/4/2016 11:20 | Got mine first of April through Selftrade. | praipus
15/4/2016 11:04 | I wonder when we get paid off. No update from the BOD. What's the delay? Any ideas anybody? | jaykaytee
11/3/2016 17:40 | oh yes, if you want to set a company up - I take my hat off to anyone, but when you start asking for investment and then goose your shareholders... different ball game they ought to watch their shoulders - disgrace what they tried at 2.25p. They have a 100% obligation to deliver shareholder value and they tried to steal from us avoid like the plague | minuteman
10/3/2016 12:15 | Gonna make a mental note of these BODs and NEDs.. and never invest in any company they are involved with! | jaykaytee
08/3/2016 19:04 | And still a total stitch up | minuteman

07/3/2016 12:41 | Writtle have publicly announced they are out (barring the MBO failing to complete): | dangersimpson2
07/3/2016 11:49 | Writtle not paying more so done deal at 4p | exbroker
07/3/2016 11:38 | Gosh I hope writtel come back, there's obviously value if the old board have upped their offer, daylight robbery it is. | astjgroom
05/3/2016 14:55 | It is a disgrace the way the directors have eroded shareholder value hereLike some of you. I think this is a stitch up to take them on the cheapStill 4p is better than 2.25 bleeding banditsI would love writtle to come back and goose them | minuteman
05/3/2016 13:45 | Need to mark the cards of the supposedly independent directors because they were prepared to let shareholders get shafted at 2.25p and should have stated that they reject the offer as significantly undervaluing the company. That is now proven by the fact they have had to pay 4p. This situation feels wrong but thank heavens for shareholders that Writtle took an interest. | davidosh
05/3/2016 09:30 | Seen it before in the AIM market, share price run down by the management, then when the general market drops they offer to buy the company. Writtles can have mine for 4.5p if they change their mind. 2.25p was a bend over price for shareholders. | heaven
04/3/2016 16:26 | The BOD certainly weren't looking after the shareholders when they offered a mere 2.25p per share. They knew they were getting a bargain. The cynic in me wonders whether the business was deliberately run down so that the share price would plunge, and they could then take it private at its lowest...? Anyway so glad Writtles stepped in and made them pay a whole lot more for the co! Serves them right! Shame Writtles have now decided to make no further bid. | jaykaytee
04/3/2016 14:21 | Yes it's been atleast some benefit to the remaining shareholders. Seems they won't let this one change hands. | battlebus2
04/3/2016 13:38 | Another buyer looks likely.... | battlebus2
04/3/2016 13:37 | 15+ million shares bought at 4p, way above Writtle offer .What gives? | loafingchard
03/3/2016 13:55 | Questions: 1) Greens CVs look good surprised they havent been snapped up by some Southern Califonian VC fund and shoe horned into a NASDAQ float why the bad rep? 2) Any other loaded white knights wondering about? 3) If holding is the plan to descent or take the offer? | praipus
01/3/2016 06:52 | Hopefully the Greens will be no where near any future PLC companies againAbsolutely talentless | minuteman
27/2/2016 09:37 | Writtle becomes preferred bidder. | coyft1
24/2/2016 17:27 | Well that takes the biscuit What a piece of work this lot are | minuteman
23/2/2016 12:45 | Hi sorry for being stupid. But can anyone tell me whether today's RNS has any implications, and whether it affects the counter bid made by Writtles? | jaykaytee |
