AGM Statement reads well with progress in the online growth areas..

Tangent announces that at the Company's AGM to be held later this morning, the following trading update will be given. The AGM is at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL.

Our online print business continues to grow in size and importance to the Company. In the first quarter, 37% of group sales were taken online, up from 34% as reported for the full year 2013-14.

We have continued to redefine and downsize our agency business; this has resulted in lower profits in Tangent Snowball in the first quarter. We are re-channelling our people and focusing them into our fast growing online businesses.

printed.com sales and customer numbers continue to climb and performance is ahead of our expectations. printed.com's summer launch into the photographic printing market will add to the extensive range on offer.

goodprint's same-day London service is gaining momentum and the newly launched luxury business card range has been well received. These enhancements are starting to generate improved conversion rates on the goodprint website and better engagement with our customers.

Ravensworth benefits from the busy property market and has now launched a fully transactional website offering a photo editing service which is being marketed to its wide client base.

T/OD performed well in the first quarter and is working closely with goodprint towards the launch of London specific services and niche products.

Overall we anticipate further progress in the current year towards generating more revenues online.

Quite a few shares changing hands over the last few days with 450k yesterday at 10.75 and a late reported 340k at 11 this morning.

With the forcasts of 3.6m profit. Why not 17 or 18p38% increase in profits from the 13p target price currently, would take us to 18p if everything moved in proportionBut as you say with the buy back which I believe is 25% done now from its maximum, staff share incentive scheme buying shares and new investors coming on board, I can't see why it wouldn't go to 18p soon.It's also cheap compared to its peers

The point about TNG, apart from its great success at niche digital marketing, is that the multiple of just 12 is being reduced every time it buys back its own shares.
Cannacord's 13p looks pretty conservative.
15p 17p fair....?... any advance?

Late reported trade of 200k at 10.4 looks like a buy though we are down on the day.

Courtesy to let you know I've reduced by 175k into strength here. My trading tranche. Still quite a few tucked away in the ISA for longer term but looking to top slice a few as been adding substantially to ESR & taking advantage of a seller in the market as documented on the relevant thread.

battlebus, @8.34 tick up to 10p buy 10.25 sell (2 sellers). At 9.49 13,784 shares traded - immediately one m/maker raised sell price to 10.5p. all from an ADVFN competitor L2 (am I allowed to mention their name here!)
